At least one twin needs a new mattress - not an egg crate mattress. All beds need mattress covers. Need new pillows in twin room. Pillows are very flat. Hall bathroom needs new curtain and rod. Rod is rusty. Hole in wall needs to be repaired. Need at least two new ice cube trays. Several provided are cracked and broken.

We wanted a quick trip after christmas and this place fit the bill! Condo is so close to the beach and quiet! We had an issue the first day but the owner had someone fix it immediately. Thank you so much!!!

The location is perfect beautiful ocean front views. I emailed the property manager the first day, she never answered. The twin beds are disgusting. The shower curtain was covered in mold. You have to pay an outrageous cleaning fee and put thin sheets on the bed yourself. They didn't fit or stay on. They do not give any paper products, partial roll of tp no back ups.

Beds were awful. Twin beds: one had box spring and egg crate foam pad and the other was mattress. Queen bed did not comfortably accommodate two people. Pots and pans were unwashed from previous tenants and put away in cupboard. No toilet seat in bathroom. Location to beach and view from balcony were not disappointing. Difficulty reaching property mgr with questions.

Great place to stay. Easy beach access and short drive to boardwalk. Very clean and nice. Had issue with tv, messaged and new tv was brought and installed within an hour. Had a great time and experience would definitely recommend.

We liked the location and that it had been nicely updated especially the kitchen. We did not like that it is OLD, evidenced by rust and rotten boards throughout the buildings. It was clearly furnished in odds and ends. Major concern was the entry door lock only worked from the inside so we could not ensure security while away. Owner apologized and said repair is scheduled but it did not resolve the matter for us. Terrible soft mattresses, living room rug is filthy, sandy dirty floors at initial entry, rental linens were paper-thin and cheapest towels one can buy, some in poor condition. Pictures seem to hide that the condo overlooks the pool although the beach is seen beyond. There were no chairs at the pool and none provided with the rental. Internet was down 2nd evening (of 3), TV did not work on last evening, controller for dvd was not found until 2nd evening. There was only 1 bedside lamp with 4 guests in 3 beds. The cleaning fee is grossly excessive given the tiny 900' area which could be well cleaned in 2 hours, and that the beds were not made when we arrived requiring us to do it. This condo is quite expensive for its size and age and certainly not worth the cost. We would not recommend it.

Our family of four spent a week here. The condo is well maintained, comfortable and has great ocean views and breezes. Check in and check out are incredibly simple and we loved the beach and the easy access to all of the local attractions. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyable stay with great views/access to the beach. Pool was an added bonus. Only complaint was the trash at the pool was never collected during our stay. Another resident had disposed of a fish head in the trash can so by the end of our stay the smell was unpleasant.

This was a lovely place to stay. Had all that we could need and was ocean front. The weather was even nice for this time of year (New Year’s weekend). The Host was very responsive to any communications. Would highly recommend!

We came to visit our grandkids & great grandkids! This beautiful place was near all of them! Only wish we would have had 2 beach chairs since I was not feeling well & we are in our 70’s ! The view was amazing, reason I rented, & the master bed was very comfortable!! The dishwasher needs help door won’t close! Overall this was a beautiful place to rent!

Check in was a breeze. Location was great, within walking distance to food/ice cream, private beach access and a short drive to the aquarium, boardwalk, and shops. Condo had everything we could possibly need. Loved having a washer/dryer unit in the condo as with 3 kids, we needed to do laundry during our week stay. Balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine. Short drive to Wilmington, where we walked the Riverwalk and visited the Battleship NC. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great spot for a friends weekend getaway. My friends and I were impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was with all the things we would need to cook while we were there! They even had a crock pot!

Pros: the unit has a nice ocean view with private beach access, it was easy to park, and plenty of fresh linen was provided. The host provided a detailed email of the property prior to arrival.
Cons: unfortunately it was infested with roaches. They were crawling all over the place; even diving on us off the walls as we sat on the couch. We had to sleep with the lights on to try and keep them hidden. For a two night stay, the cleaning fee was outrageously high, even higher than the total rental rate, and there was still a long list of cleaning items we had to do for checkout. Lastly, there was some broken furniture and a lock that was busted on the sliding door.
We wanted to like this place more than we did. There are plenty of options with an ocean view, so we will not be returning.

I loved the location and ocean view. Woke up to the sunrise over the ocean and the beach was great with private access. Only concern was there were a few things left by the previous guests like clothing items in the dresser and towels in the dryer therefore I gave the cleanliness 4 stars instead of 5. Would definitely stay here again for the location and the condo is super cute!

Great location, steps away from a private beach access. Private pool for the condo is a bit on the smaller size but nice way to refresh after the beach. The host provided very thoughtful touches and ample linens and towels. Local ice cream shop is 0.3 miles away and very reasonable pricing. Overall would highly recommend for families and couples looking for a getaway!

This was a great location - right on the beach, close to excellent restaurants, near the aquarium, Fort Fisher, and other tourist attractions. Checking in was just as easy as following the directions on the email. Everything was set up with perfect instructions - contact with the host was easy.
