Host disponibile,appartamento confortevole e pulizia impeccabile. Accesso diretto al lungomare top!

Abbiamo adorato la posizione e la facilità con cui ogni punto dell’isola fosse raggiungibile, la casa era pulita e ampia anche se non molto luminosa. La struttura ha una piscina a disposizione degli ospiti a cui è evidentemente dedicata molta cura ed è pulitissima. La chicca è stata il cancellino con accesso diretto al lungo mare, senza dubbio il punto di forza della casa!

We had a fantastic time in Costa Teguise with our family, this apartment was the perfect base

Great size for our family, really well equipped & appointed, loved the pool which had a good shallow area for kids. Pool bar was brilliant too, really friendly and they do a great cocktails & a delicious paella with an option to takeaway to the apartment. Easy 20 minute walk into Costa Teguise along the beautiful seafront promenade. Also a great base to explore the island.

Comfortable, clean and secure! A very enjoyable stay in Playa Roca :)

The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The gated complex felt very safe and secure. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The host gave very clear instructions on how to access the property and was easily contactable should we have needed anything. We were very happy and would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable apartment, everything you need for your stay and more. Quiet location, close to the sea, 10 minutes walk to closest beach, 20 minutes to bars and restaurants.

Nice quiet location, friendly people. Well equipped/furnished bungalow.

Double bed very creaky on one side, it disturbed my partner when he moved during sleep. Luckily I sleep very heavily so no complaints from me.

very comfortable. everything you would ever need. within a great complex. pool area great, spacious, clean and never overly busy.

10-15 min walk into main town. but still plenty of bars and restaurants on door step.

Very clean bungalow safe very pleased

Great place bit far out but we love walking the alley way straight onto the walk way next to the sea was brill. Very safe place locked gates loved it

No staff the reception wasnt open. The pool was freezing

Outstanding and would definitely return again

Lovely apartment and host was very welcoming on arrival and allowed us early access to drop bags off and change.

Pool area was lovely but the pool bar was closed.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. Great loction.

Property was clean and modern with all available facilities and central for shops and restaurants. Hosts friendly and amenable - agreed to late check-out. Swimming pool was very good.

Would have been nice to have a second door key as we were always worried about a "lock-in" and often did some things separately so had to co-ordinate a lot to make sure we could enter the property at any time.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, new furniture including very comfortable beds, The area very quiet. Beautiful pool great for children and adults. Excellent communication with the owner. It was way better than I expected. Thank you Diego.
