Room was small but comfy

The breakfast buffet was DULL The breakfast cafe decor was GRUESOME (with skull and bones motif!!). I think the LOUD MUSIC was chosen purposely to discourage conversation and lingering beyond the time it took you to eat

breakfast short of donuts etc

The Hotel is very nice. My room was beautiful.

The hotel was understaffed or perhaps, undertrained. We arrived to get our room key to find there were people already in our room. When I told the person behind the desk I felt dismissed. We finally were given a room ( non-handicapped) the next day we were moved to a handicapped room. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned and how often. I asked for service every other day. I never had the room cleaned. When I looked into this I was given towels each time. After 3 days I finally put the dirty towels out in the hall. My friend went to try out the gym and every machine was not in working order. I really wanted to like this hotel as the grounds are nice and our room was nice. I can’t recommend it at present because of the service.
