About this house rental

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely house for $554 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Custom home built in 2002 offers an open, bright floor plan, well stocked kitchen, fenced yard and expansive decks. Located on the preferred side of the canal so the rear decks receive afternoon shade. With five bedrooms (two of which are Masters with King beds) and five full baths there is bed space for 12 people. WIFI, hammock, Weber charcoal grill, gas grill, and more. Two Kings, One Queen, Bunk bed with Twin & Double bed, One other Twin and one Double. PLEASE NOTE: Sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. are not included and must be provided by Guest. See Rental Agreement attachment for details. Rental linens & towels are available to rent through several companies on the island. Check-in is 2pm or later. Check-out is 10am. Located on a deep-water, concrete canal you can enjoy views of the canal and Intracoastal Waterway. Direct access to the ICW and a dock with freshwater wash down makes boating a pleasure. Even if you don’t have a boat everyone enjoys fishing, crabbing and swimming in the canal. Cable TV, Stereo, Ceiling Fans in Each Bedroom, Whirlpool Tub in Upstairs Master bath, DW, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Outdoor Shower & Two freshwater wash downs, Washer & Dryer in Dedicated Laundry Room. Please note the fireplace is not operable. There are no gas appliances in the home due to safety concerns. We require a signed rental agreement prior to your stay. No house parties, Spring Break events or other large gatherings are allowed. House is monitored by on-island staff and a violation will automatically terminate your stay.

We spent a week at this location and it was our first time at OIB. This was a perfect location and the home was lovely with all amenities to make a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation gathering. Tad was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries; he even gave great information that allowed us to effortlessly plan a relaxing beach / boating vacation.

We enjoyed our stay for the week on OIB in this wonderful home! Plenty of room for larger families to spread out and feel comfortable. Easy access to the beach, and the dock was wonderful for having our boat for the week! We will definitely return soon!

This property by far was one of the best we’ve rented over many years. Extremely clean, comfortable, and close to the beach! Sure, we could nitpick small things, but the question is: Would we rent this house again? We all decided YES! This is worth coming back to!

My family had a wonderful stay at 12 Moore Street in Ocean Isle. The home was clean and the access to everything was phenomenal. I loved the layout of the house with two masters. We had plenty of beds and everyone had their own bath. The owner is super friendly and very responsive. I would definitely rent this home again and stay longer.

The house was fantastic with no issues during our stay. Perfect location (quick walk to the beach access). Amenities were perfect for our needs. Canal and dock are also in great condition. We brought our 23ft center console boat. Tad was super helpful and responsive when we reached out. I would definitely recommend.

This home was perfect for our family of 9. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated! The kitchen and den are the perfect size for gathering while cooking. We spent most of our time outside on the decks eating and playing games. The dock provided fun times for paddle boarding and fishing. We can’t wait to rent this home again!

This home is well decorated and well stocked. It has been updated recently and is very comfortable for large families or multiple families. It’s located on a canal and is a short walk or cart ride to the beach. Definitely a good place to rest, renew, and make memories.

Our family stayed for 1 week and we had a blast. The house was well stocked and beautiful. We loved the porches in the afternoon shade. We rented kayaks and swam in the canal. Easy walk to the beach each day. We will definitely be back!

Evacuated for Florence, amazing 3 days before

Although we had to leave a couple days early because of Hurricane Florence, the 3 days we did spend in OIB were just beautiful. This home was all we expected and more! Well stocked and neat as a pin, beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings , everything you could ask for. The beach is a short 5 minute walk. The real attraction here though, is the back of the home. Outstanding decks overlooking a manicured back yard, leading to .... the dock! I was able to get my boat in for a day before we had to leave, and I am glad I did! The whole process was super easy, from check in to Tad staying in touchwith me,providing weather and evacuation information and instructions. I highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely be back!

We had a great time. This property was what we expected. We had 8 adults and 3 small children and there was plenty of space for all. We loved the back decks overlooking the canal, quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to beach and the provided wagon was very helpful. Enjoyable vacation!

Home is very worn...bedding needs replacement, bed coverings very worn out..many floor tiles broken, carpet dirty, stains on sofas, mildew on outside surfaces....all gates need repair...Found many lg. Roaches in garage...and even in 1st floor bedroom! House plan is great and spacious..kitchen is well equipped, but owner has not thrown out the old stuff...like scratched fry pans,etc.. lots of room and furniture on porches.. green grass in back yard is only nice thing I can comment on! Other photos of home are surely10 years old.. Will not rent this one again.

Well conditioned home and beautiful location! Easy walk to the beach. Extremely relaxing stay. Quick response from owner when questions arise. Would appreciate linens and towels available at the location to cut down on purchasing extra linens for all different sizes of beds.

The house was well equipped and an easy walk to the beach. We loved being on the canal and sitting on the back deck. It was a great family vacation. The only thing missing was a chair or two on the front porch for the morning as the back deck got the full morning sun. Tad was very responsive with resolving the only issue we had (ants in the kitchen). It was taken care of within a few hours. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful home at the beach!
