Rental is all inclusive and includes use of a golf cart to explore the island, linen and towels included, kayaks included, and easy access to the beach just 2 blocks away. Come enjoy all that Ocean Isle Beach has to offer with this well equipped Ocean Isle Beach Resort-style property with a heated pool, located on a concrete canal with unobstructed views of over 40 acres of coastal marsh. Fish from the dock, walk to beach this property is an outdoor lovers dream. Renovated in 2018, 11 Lee is ready for your large family vacation or available to host your next group outing. Our 2,900 sq. ft. canal home has plenty of space for large families and groups. In addition to the 5 bedrooms/5 1/2 baths, our home has 2 separate living areas, an enclosed game room with Ping Pong, Shuffle Board, Darts & Corn Hole Boards, an outdoor swimming pool with basketball goal, and a floating dock with full boat access-canal is over 6ft deep at low tide and 12 ft on high tide-direct access to Intracoastal. Each of the 5 bedrooms has their own bathroom and access to the outdoor deck space. Adults can have their own privacy with 2 master suites, one with a private 3rd floor balcony overlooking the water. Two Master Suites each have a King bed. One room is well furnished with two Queens. A room for the family with a queen and twin bed with trundle. And for the first mates we have a custom built themed bunk room with 4 twins. Each of the 2 living areas has a pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee as the sunrise comes up over the coastal marsh from the front decks. Evening sun will provide a perfect backdrop for your relaxing dip in the private pool after a long day on the beach, which is within walking distance. All bets from the golf course can be settled in your own back yard with a 3 hole putting green newly installed by Celebrity Greens. You can easily explore the island with our 8 seater golf cart included with all weekly rentals (waiver must be signed). Boat rentals available upon request from local businesses.

The house was clean, had all the amenities you could ask for, and the layout is great for families. The separate living areas made it nice when the adults and kids wanted to watch different things on tv, or just hang out separately. It's a short drive to the beach access on the golf cart that is provided, which was very handy when traveling with a large group of children. Even without the cart the beach was only about 4-5 minutes to walk to, if that. As long as you're ok with not having an ocean view, and don't need to be oceanfront, this place is great. We understood this going in, so this place was everything we expected and more. The owners are very responsive as well. Nice place at a reasonable rate, I would have no problem staying here again.

Renting was easy and the owners provide everything you need to stay, to include towels, linen, and a fully stocked kitchen. House was well maintained and in good shape, just a block away from ocean access. Definitely worth staying here.

This house is wonderful. The location is so beautiful, right on the canal. We were able to bring our boat and dock it so the kids could go fishing every day. The house is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.

We really enjoyed our stay - the golf cart made getting to the beach easy. We had five young children with our group and the pool was great for them. This was our second stay at this house and we're considering it for next summer.

We had a great time! The shaded pool was great for the young kids and there were thoughtful toys and activities throughout the house they also enjoyed. We loved fishing on the dock and rented a boat which was perfect. The location was perfect! Everyone LOVED the golf cart and we rode multiple times a day. The house suited all of our different needs perfectly with the different living spaces and bedrooms.

Everyone had such a great time at this house. The pool, dock, games, golf cart, location, e v e r y t h i n g was prefect! Every year we do a large family trip in May and this was by far our favorite place. It’s is truly two blocks from the beach and with the 8 person golf cart there was no issues and it was incredibly easy with our large family. This house has something for everyone.

Our family had a wonderful time gathering at this beautiful property for Christmas. Much to our surprise, the property was decorated for Christmas with the most beautiful decorations, we were very impressed. There were so many fun activities for our group, and our amateur chefs enjoyed cooking in the very well-stocked kitchen. We hope to return for another stay in the future!

We got married in OIB in 2016 & were so happy to be able to share this anniversary with our family and friends. Having our boat with us to explore the canals and go to dinner on was magical!
