About this house rental
Kayak in the Intracoastal, play basketball in your own private heated pool, or entertain your group in a large outdoor living area that includes ping pong, Bocce course, shuffle board, dart board, and putting green. Rental is all inclusive and includes use of a golf cart to explore the island, linen and towels included, kayaks included, and easy access to the beach just 2 blocks away. Come enjoy all that Ocean Isle Beach has to offer with this well equipped Ocean Isle Beach Resort-style property with a heated pool, located on a concrete canal with unobstructed views of over 40 acres of coastal marsh. Fish from the dock, walk to beach this property is an outdoor lovers dream. Renovated in 2018, 11 Lee is ready for your large family vacation or available to host your next group outing.
Our 2,900 sq. ft. canal home has plenty of space for large families and groups. In addition to the 5 bedrooms/5 1/2 baths, our home has 2 separate living areas, an enclosed game room with Ping Pong, Shuffle Board, Darts & Corn Hole Boards, an outdoor swimming pool with basketball goal, and a floating dock with full boat access-canal is over 6ft deep at low tide and 12 ft on high tide-direct access to Intracoastal. Each of the 5 bedrooms has their own bathroom and access to the outdoor deck space. Adults can have their own privacy with 2 master suites, one with a private 3rd floor balcony overlooking the water.
Two Master Suites each have a King bed. One room is well furnished with two Queens. A room for the family with a queen and twin bed with trundle. And for the first mates we have a custom built themed bunk room with 4 twins. Each of the 2 living areas has a pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee as the sunrise comes up over the coastal marsh from the front decks. Evening sun will provide a perfect backdrop for your relaxing dip in the private pool after a long day on the beach, which is within walking distance. All bets from the golf course can be settled in your own back yard with a 3 hole putting green newly installed by Celebrity Greens.
You can easily explore the island with our 8 seater golf cart included with all weekly rentals (waiver must be signed). Boat rentals available upon request from local businesses.

Fabulous stay! Went for a wedding on the beach this past week and everything about the house was perfect. Too many great things to list them all, but the highlights were large bedroom sizes, kitchen was stocked, furniture was higher quality than most rentals, beautifully decorated, amazing water pressure in the shower, bikes, kayaks, and golf cart included, blackstone grill, large back deck with lots of outdoor seating and dining table, and two comfortable living areas.For not being on the beach, the location was great. Dead end street with an open marsh/grassy field across the street, and the walk to the beach access was 5 minutes max. (I hope this review doesn't make it difficult to rent in the future.)

We had a wonderful time! The house is fully stocked with everything you can imagine including an air fryer, blender, wine fridge and a Blackstone griddle! The Blackstone was a huge added benefit not found at other houses. We used it for breakfast and dinners! The hosts were very responsive to our needs. The pool water temp was a little cool for the weather and after reaching out, Brian showed up early the next morning to help us increase the water temp. We also reached out when the water line in the fridge stopped working, and they were out that evening to replace the water filter which solved the problem. We enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board, the pool, the golf cart, and the putting green when not on the beach. If we had stayed for a second week, we would have had a ping pong tournament as well as a cornhole tournament, and gone for a family bike ride! We will definitely be back to sign the guest book again!

Wonderful home with plenty of space for our large party. The golf cart was broken, but the owners borrowed one from a neighbor so we had one to use for the majority of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed the house, it was very clean and thoroughly stocked. Who stay there again in the future, would highly recommend!
