You will have lots of space for everyone in this 6.5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home. Upgraded every season for our guests and clean, clean, clean. Located on Laurinburg Street walking distance to the downtown shops restaurants, mini golf and NEW in 2020 Amphitheatre and playground! Enjoy the summer concert series from the back deck or walk over to join in the festivities. Pictures can't show how beautiful this home is. Enjoy all the luxuries and conveniences of home with none of the responsibilities. Don't miss your opportunity to stay in this fully furnished top of the line property. Wi Fi included with all rentals. Enjoy the granite counter tops, large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and extra refrigerator in the walk in laundry room. Livingroom and kitchen area offer lots of space for large groups and families to watch movies, play games, relax and eat meals together. Four of the six bedrooms have their own private bathroom and five rooms offer access to semi-private decks. Property comfortably sleeps 16 adults and 4 children in a bunk bed nook. Head up to the third level widow's watch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and relax while enjoying views of the ocean, inter coastal waterways and downtown. This home offers an extra sleeping/reading nook off the master bedroom with a daybed and a kids bunk bed nook. Spacious enough so everyone will have their own space while enjoying time with friends and family. This canal home has spectacular views of the ocean, intercoastal waterway, downtown and Ocean Isle activities. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach access beside the Ocean Isle Community Center with public bathrooms and a volleyball net. Bring or rent a boat and jet ski to enjoy on your own private dock. Spend time fishing, crabbing and relaxing on your private dock. Leave all the extras at home and let us provide them for you. Beach toys, beach chairs, wagon and gas grill are all included in your rental. A private heated outdoor shower allows you to shower off outside and bring less of the sand back inside with you. This is a property you will want to return to again and again and memories you will never forget. Peak season rates run from June- August. My family and I stayed for an end of summer family beach trip. Their were 14 of us at all different age ranges. We had such a wonderful time and their was something for everyone! My husband and boys brought a jet ski where we were able to enjoy some of the calmer inlet water. The ocean was a quick walk away from the home with super easy access! The host provide umbrella, toys, wagon etc which saved a lot of room during packing. We were able to catch crab and fish from the dock, which everyone loved! The food and coffee shops were all in walking distance and the isle was safe enough to let my 12 & 13 year old daughter and niece ride bikes or walk independently together. The splash pad and playground a block away was a huge hit with the littles! So many amazing things about this home & its location, I’m sure I have forgotten somethings, but you for sharing it with us! We had a wonderful time!

This home was a wonderful fit for our large family! We had a large party with 4 couples and 7 children, and there was still one room that wasn’t used for sleeping in!! This home is a large home with enough bedrooms and the kitchen was a great place for everyone to come together! There is a series of outdoor seating arrangements, all very comfortable. The beach was very nearby, too. Many thanks to our hosts. Robert & Alaka, who were available to answer any questions we had!!

We had a wonderful week! The house had everything we needed for a large family group. Location is excellent, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the park. Easy access to the beach by foot, especially with the wagons provided, and the waterway by boat. Looking forward to returning again next year!

The property is great. Pictures on VRBO don’t do the house justice. It is much brighter, spacious, full of sunlight and very lovely in real life. Many beds. We are a big group of adults and kids but never felt jammed. Only a short distance to the beach. Short walk to the playground with splash pad. Very nice neighborhood with grocery stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, brewery… The host is super responsive and very nice.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation rental at Ocean Isle.

Our family enjoyed this VRBO rental. The house had rooms and bathrooms for everyone, a well stocked kitchen, great beach wagons to transport beach gear and kids, and centrally located for easy access to a fun Friday night concert, splash park and playground for the kids, and fishing off the dock. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The teens really enjoyed the upper balconies and the crow’s nest was not so steep and had a lovely table and chairs! The view was wonderful! The kitchen was equipped very well and we did not eat out at all! The only negative thing I can say is a mixer would have been nice to have and larger storage containers ! We had a wonderful trip and would definitely book again! Only notified Robert once with questions and he immediately responded!

Wonderful home in an excellent location. Walking distance for all the needs of adults and small children. Would definitely recommend this property for families with small children. My 7 year old grandson said “Pop this is the best vacation ever. “

Great location. Good size house for our group. Corn hole, umbrella, wagon and chairs were much appreciated. However the property could use a deep cleaning and touch up maintenance to keep everything in top shape (porch door hard to open, front door lock didn’t lock for example- nothing major). We were very happy with our stay in this lovely home.

The house is huge and located within walking distance of and the beach. The boat dock out back was a huge draw for us and did not disappoint. The house itself and some of the furniture were a bit run down. (poorly plastered holes in walls, some of furniture worn, interior could use fresh paint). The stairs to the dock were in disrepair and someone was sent to assess but it wasn't yet repaired when we left. Owners would wonderful and responded immediately to inquiries. The house was clean but we discovered previous tenants clothes under beds and other odds and ends that were left behind that the cleaning crew missed or ignored. Overall a GREAT house for a big family in a FABULOUS location. We woud stay there again.

We have vacationed for over a decade at OIB and really love this location! Short walk to the beach or museum or pier. Very close to boat ramp and ICW. Owners were very responsive to our needs. Plenty of space for our group to spread out!

Nice house, but it needs more cooking supplies. Hardly any pots (2) and cooking sheets. Only one cookie sheet, one 8x8 pan and one 9x13 pan. There were only 4 of us, but if there were any more, than it would have been an issue.

This home comes with lots of stuff to make time on the beach fun...wagons to haul chairs, umbrella, beach toys over ... Inside the home, there are plenty of spaces to be together or apart. The kitchen was well equipped with many glasses, plates and even storage containers which we have found lacking at many properties. The AC worked well.
The few problems we had were the kitchen refrigerator ice maker did not work, the grill had one burner that would light, and the fireplace would not light either. Can't remember if the last was listed as an amenity...we have found numerous other properties that listed it but then it also didn't work... For the grill, someone had replaced the tank, but didn't test the grill...we did miss using it.
But all in all, we had a wonderful time. Thanks.

This past weekend was our 26th trip to Ocean Isle for golf and friendship from the Class of 1989. This house was great for us as the location is walking distance to the restaurants. It offered the right amount of bedrooms/baths and beds for us. The common areas great for conversation and relaxation. We'll look to rent this house again.

Wonderful house and great location. We had our grown 3 grown children, their spouses, and the 6 grandkids (all under the age of 7). My nephew and his wife and their 1-1/2 year old son came for one nigh too.
With all these people we never felt crowded. There is plenty of room to spread out. The 3 decks gave you places to get some alone time if you needed it.
Having the OIB park so close to the house was great for the grandkids, and the beach was just a short walk from the house. The grownups liked having the coffee shop within walking distance too.
Wy son in law brought his 19' Sea Hunt and parked it at the dock at the house. We made several trips on the Intercostal Waterway. When we weren't at the beach or on the boat, the kids (with help from their parent) were fishing off the dock. We caught several croakers - to the grandkids delight.
The house has everything we needed. We cooked in the 3 nights we were there. There are 2 islands in the kitchen. The second island made a great buffet table for all the people we had.
The owners, Robert and Alaka, were very responsive to all the questions I had.
We've been doing a long Easter beach weekend with our family for the last 8 years, and everyone said this was their favorite house. Hopefully we can get it next Easter!

We loved everything about this property and can’t wait to book again next year! Me and my family stayed here comfortably with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Easy walk to the beach, putt putt and a few little restaurants. Views at sunset from the highest deck were spectacular!! Rocking chairs on the deck off the kitchen - perfect for morning coffee and reflection. Amazing Stay and memories made!

We had a wonderful stay on Ocean Isle!! The house was plenty spacious for our three families that included 10 kids. We loved that it was in walking distance to the beach, playground, mini golf, restaurants, and treats. The home was well maintained and had all the necessities. Definitely would stay here again!
