Situated in Breckenridge, this lovely house for $241 per night is a great option for your next trip. RECENT RENOVATIONS! Roomy well built Condo walking distance or short drive to Breckenridge, ski area, rec center and all sort of trails and the Blue River. Located on the Bus route with access to all of Summit County and only a 20-25 minute drive or less to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Lake Dillon and more! Sleeps 10 in beds. The first Bedroom has 4 single Beds and a double over double bunkbed with a TV, the second 2 queens, a fireplace & TV & the third a King with a fireplace and TV. All Bedrooms have a Bathroom and there is a 4th Bathroom conveniently located downstairs. Amongst the many features are a fully loaded Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Sauna, BBQ Grill and patio, wireless internet, fire wood, Big Screen TV with Blue Ray Player and access to indoor/outdoor hot tub and pool just 25 yards away. Building is made of solid concrete so no matter the noise outside you will sleep like a champ! Property Management lives on sight so help is only a few feet away should anything arise.

From the time of booking the host was very attentive to making sure we did not have any questions. We had a large group of 11, everyone had a bed and there was no waiting for a bathroom, this house has more than enough. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels for our large group. The entrance to store all of the ski equipment kept everything in one area. The kitchen was well stocked.
We had a short walk to the front of the complex to jump on the bus to the gondola.
As soon as we unpacked and got settled both of the families said “we would definitely rent this place again”

This is by far the best condo in Breck! We had two families share the condo with kids ranging from 7-16 years old. The bus picks you up right outside your front door. Shane was wonderful to work with, we will definitely be back!

Overall property was in good location. The condo was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap…but you will need to bring your own shower supplies - soap, shampoo, conditioner. The condo met our needs. One of the bathrooms that is closest to the bunk room had an odor issue. Smelled very strongly of mold. We just shut the door to that room and didn’t use it. Teens showered in parents room instead. Good space for skis/boots. Quiet neighborhood. There is a shared hot tub in the area, but much too crowded to use. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but it did meet our needs. The fridge was stocked with old condiments so it felt a little unkept. Shane is very responsive. Easy to work with.

Nice, clean, updated condo with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the forest/mountain view out of the living room and master bedroom. Decorated for winter/Christmas, which our kids all appreciated! Very close to the grocery store (3 minute drive) and the parking/gondola for skiing at Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Shane was awesome! Every question we had was answered extremely quick. We loved our rental and was accommodating to littles! They loved being able to walk out the back door and explore “the woods.” Very pleasant experience and we hope to book again with Shane!

This was a very clean and convenient property. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and it was conveniently located around the corner from a shuttle stop. We were able to get everywhere in town and barely had to use a car during the trip.

Extremely clean and professionally run, much larger than other rentals in the area for the same price. 4 bathrooms and tons of beds made it very comfortable for our group. Good location, not quite walking distance to town in the winter but nothing is far. Would definitely come back.

If you plan to ski multiple resorts and want to be in Breck, this is a great place to stay. It is right on busline but also can walk to grocery and a bit further to Main Street. Updated and very well stocked. Three very large bedrooms and four full baths was great for our group of 9. We had ages 18-73. There are a few steps up to bedrooms, but this was no issue for our group. We also loved the back entry for all of our ski gear. Owner was highly responsive, property is exactly as it looks. It was perfect for us!

The property was cozy and location was prime to the resort and city. Shane was an excellent host, provided everything I needed in detail and was quick to respond. I had forgotten to print my parking passes and he had extra in the condo which made it more convenient. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with various cooking equipment and the sauna was so key after a day of riding. All 10 of our friends had a bed and were comfortable perfect for a group outing on the mountains!

We stayed at Shane’s place for 6 days for over Christmas. The condo has large bedrooms giving everyone enough space. The kitchen is tight but is the most stocked kitchen I’ve ever had a VRBO. We had every appliance and utensil needed.
The closed in entry was large and provided a space to store all the skis, boots etc so that they weren’t in the way. The sauna was a nice touch too!
Shane was super easy to communicate with but we didn’t need to much as check in was a breeze and everything was ready to go for us when we got there.
The location is great! The bus stop is walking distance away and you can be to the slopes in 10 minutes.
There is a clubhouse with a pool and hot tub. We had awkward experiences with the clubhouse manager. We witnessed him getting heated with other guests about showering and the hours of operation. This is no fault of Shane’s at all but wanted other guests to be aware.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent again.

This condo was absolutely amazing and perfect for a family getaway in Breck! Location was perfect on the bus route into town but close enough for a drive to City Market for anything you forgot. SO MUCH ROOM and the owners have thought of anything and everything that you could need while away from home! I loved the bunk bed room and wanted to sleep in a different bed every night (MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES!!)
We never heard our neighbors, got to enjoy staying in and being cozy playing games, but had all the room in the world for a big family.
Cannot wait to make another trip to Breck and will definitely want to stay here again!!

I stayed with a group of 10 adults and the place was everything we could have needed and more. There was plenty of space, beds were comfortable, and location was fabulous. The free bus picks up right outside the condos and it’s only a mile from downtown breck. Our whole group was more than pleased with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has plenty of rooms for a large family or groups of friends. The property is well-kept and adequately maintained. It has everything we need, such as games, kitchen utensils, etc, we even find the safety pins for our broken belt. It’s very close to town and ski lifts. Both can be easily accessible via free shuttles. The property manager Shane is excellent and helped us a lot. We would recommend it and come again in the future.

We live in one state, one son lives in Milwaukee and one son lives in Denver. We are always looking for places to meet to spend time together and Breckenridge never disappoints! This condo was conveniently situated just outside of the main downtown area, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Yet, the bus line was right next to the entrance to the Claimjumper complex which made it extremely convenient to get to the city center without having to drive there and struggle with parking. There are two spaces to park in front of the unit and more parking available in a center common area only 30 feet farther away. This condo is very large and easily accommodated the six of us, and would have easily taken on 4 or 6 more. The kitchen/dining area had everything you would need to make food and plenty of room to eat even if you are ordering in. There are 4 full bathrooms and a bonus thing we overlooked when we booked— a sauna! The beds were comfortably and although we didn’t use the heat, the baseboard heaters in each room can be set to your own custom temperature. We loved this place and our only regret is that we were there for just the weekend, we would have lived a whole week! Our host, Shane, was always quick to email us through the VRBO app, and he also responded very quickly via text messaging as well. Everything was great and we highly recommend this host and this beautiful mountain paradise condo.

This condo was fantastic for our girl's weekend. It is well-stocked and clean and updated. Very quiet area but close to town. Owner was great to communicate with, and I appreciated all the instructions to make our stay easy. Easy check-in and check-out process. Hope to stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing, so much space for a family gathering or friends get away. No one ever felt like they were smothering each other with how much room there was in the living room, the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms. Extra pillows, linens, fans, you name it and they had it. The description is everything and more, truly a diamond place to stay. Right next to the free bus stop to take you downtown if you didn't want to walk. Parking was nice and easy, convenient for unloading and loading. Shane was an amazing host, he always gave great details, extremely helpful and made everything easy. If this place is available for your dates, book it right now. You will not be disappointed!

This place is a great place to stay!! It is close to everything, it’s super clean, everything you need is provided! The beds in this condo are so comfy! My husband I loved the 3rd floor king size bed! Plenty of bedding and extra pillows and towels are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and other things you need to make a meal. The paper products ( T.P. Paper towels and tissues) were all HIGH END!! extra points for that!! We would definitely stay here again! The 4 bathrooms with 7 adults was so nice!! Easy check in/check out. We had no issues at all.

Great place!!
We stayed here for our annual ski trip and it was lovely. No complaints about the property. The free shuttle was a very short walk and it dropped you off at the gondola. Shane was very quick to reply to any questions we had and he showed genuine concern in making sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property Close to Slopes
This house was the perfect size for my friends and I. Bus routes into town were easily accessible. Shane was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely keep this house in mind next time we have a group trip to Breckenridge!

Great location near Breck - family friendly!
Shane was a great host during our stay in Breck. The condo was very spacious and beds were awesome. The location near downtown as well as walkability to the bus stop make this a perfect home base for your ski trip. Lots of supplies, towels, kitchen goods are in the condo for your use - even had a bag of fresh coffee when we checked in. Make sure to bring your own shower soap/shampoo - but other than that, you will have what you need!

My husband, 2 grown sons (and a girlfriend), and I really enjoyed our long weekend in this condo! I know what I look for in a VRBO review, and so I will list why we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone trying to decide from all the choices in Breckinridge!
1. A comfortable bed is of great importance to me when I'm on vacation. This was literally the most comfortable sleep we've had away from home! (My husband and I had the third floor master, but my kids remarked their beds were comfy, too.) Our heated bathroom floor was Ah-mazing!
2. All three bedrooms were so cozy and two of them had fireplaces. The bedding was plush and warm and the rooms were spacious and very practical.
3. There were FOUR FULL nice BATHROOMS in the condo! (and plenty of extra towels and linens!)
4. We loved the (glass door) closed-off foyer, separating the front door and area for our ski equipment from the kitchen/living area. And we loved that we never heard any of our neighbors. The walls must be three feet thick!
5. The kitchen/living area (and sauna, laundry, and full bathroom) were all on the first floor, making it nice for night owls who stay up (and early birds) to keep from disturbing the sleepers.
6. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, small appliances for feeding your family. There were also spices and other drygoods (check their cupboards before heading to the market)!
7. Steps from the covered front door were the hot tub and "Free Ride" public transportation which takes you to a FABULOUS Hallmark-flavored downtown and to the best slopes we've ever been to! Once you park your car (directly in front of the condo), you needn't drive yourself anywhere (although parking in the F Lot is reasonable, and even free for a few hours in the evening).
8. Lastly, communication with Shane (of Shane and Mary Ann, the owners :) was great! I found myself not remembering the stop on the bus route and texted him. Thank goodness he responded within minutes LOL! He reached out early on to offer an early check-in, as housekeeping from the previous guest was completed. He wanted to know when we got settled in and asked us to let him know if anything was out of place. He checked in to see if we were having a good time. It felt like we made a new friend!
Overall, this may be the best vacation rental experience we've ever had!

Friends Ski Trip
Shane's place was amazing. Myself and six friends stayed here for a five day ski trip. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The towels were high quality and there were plenty of them. All of the mattresses were also of high quality and very comfortable. I especially liked that there were extra fans in the closet as I prefer to sleep with a fan on. The location cant be beat. Stores and slopes are only a few minutes away. You can even take the free shuttle right from the condo to the chairlift/gondola or anywhere else in town. The pool and hottubs were a plus and they are only steps from the front door. This was our fifth trip to the Rockies and this was by far our favorite place that we have stayed. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Shane.

Breck Ski Weekend
Shane was helpful from the moment we booked our stay. Communicating quickly to answer any questions. The condo was really nice with plenty of space. The bus stop is right at the end of the parking lot so getting to the slopes was easy in the morning. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pool towels. Hot tub and pool are located in close proximity to the condo. Would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone!
