About this house rental
Located in Breckenridge, this lovely house for $233 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This gorgeously remodeled three story ~1,900 square foot condo has 3 bedrooms with 7 beds total (1 king, 2 queens, and 4 Fulls) so it can fit even the largest of families plus all your gear for your winter or summer getaway. With the free shuttle bus stop at the end of the driveway, you can make sure to hit the slopes or hiking trails early and enjoy your afternoons in town without a care in the world. This unit is located on the North side of the complex, which backs to national forest so you'll have lots of privacy and room to enjoy the scenery from the deck with seating and a grill. Complex also features indoor/outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor) or walk just across the street to the Breckenridge Rec Center for more swimming and water sports, tennis, basketball, indoor climbing wall, and all sorts of other fun activities. Unit features cable, wi-fi, lots of storage for your skis, boards, bikes, etc. and double washers and dryers for your laundry needs. This is also one of the few units with a 2-car double deep parking spot right in front of the unit. First floor has a large entry way with bench to put on your gear and walk in storage with bike & ski racks. You'll also get a laundry room, 1/2 bath, kitchen, living and dining area on the first floor. Second floor offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The front bedroom sleeps 4-8 with 2 sets of Double size bunk beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. The back bedroom overlooks the national forest and can sleep 2-4 with 2 Queen beds. This has a 3/4 bathroom inside the bedroom. The master bedroom is a private oasis located on its own third floor with peaceful views of the forest. This bedroom sleeps 2 more with a king size bed and large en suite bathroom. Local regulations limit occupancy to 10 people total. You simply can't go wrong with this place!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids and this property was perfect for us. It was well stocked with everything we needed and it was easy to get to and from for many activities. I would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our family of six. The boys got a bedroom. The girls got a bedroom and our bedroom was privately located on the top floor. The house is equipped with absolutely everything that you could possibly need and we really enjoyed using the hot tub and heated swimming pool every day we were there. The shuttle pick up is located at the end of the parking lot so it is very convenient to get to and from the slopes for skiing and snowboarding. My only complaint is that we were very disappointed not to be able to use the fireplace on the living room level . I really look forward to having a real fire when we spend our ski weeks up in the mountains because it provides such a cozy experience. Other than that we were very satisfied with this condo.

This condo is super clean with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home and wonderful homey details throughout. The grey bus pickup is right out front and takes you directly to the gondola and into town.
The pool/hot tub area was used everyday and is very relaxing way to soak after a hard day of skiing.
I would highly recommend this property for families, or a group of friends as this can easily accommodate a large group of people.

A perfect place to stay for a family ski vacation. We loved the quietness of the location and the convenience to the shuttle bus stop. The entryway was perfect for all the equipment. The clubhouse with pool and hot tubs was nice and located close to the condo. I could see where this would also be a good rental option in all seasons.

Very spacious, clean, and quiet condo. Great location near free town shuttle access. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were all spacious with large beds. Only small complaint is that the beds weren't the most comfortable

Loved this place. The shuttle access to the mountain was great and easy. The owner was super responsive. The house itself was very big and easily fit our group. Would stay here again without question!

Great Stay
Layout of the condo was great for our party of 8. Bedrooms are all upstairs which means everyone can sleep well if activity is still happening in the main living area. Ample entry area and ski closet for all equipment and clothing to be set aside before entering the main living area.

Exactly as advertised
We were pleased with property, exactly as advertised. Short, easy drive to gondola, and bus runs right in front of complex. Short walk to the grocery store which was extremely convenient. Unit was well stocked with supplies and lots of bed space. I loved the front entry space which had tons of space for dropping all your ski gear when coming in and not feeling congested. Manger was extremely helpful and nice to deal with. Keyless entry very helpful. Good TV coverage. 50 foot walk to hot tub, pool. If you need lots of sleeping space, this is a great option.
Just a couple minor issues for us were the bunk bed mattress were a little uncomfortable. But the other bed mattress were fine. My son opted to sleep on the couch rather than the bunk. There was a lot of pipe noise that kept us up the first night. I turned off the heat on the 2nd level the next night and the noises stopped. Could have been coincidence. The heat from the other levels kept the 2nd level warm so it wasn't a problem to turn it off .
I would stay here again. Very easy process and convenient to everything.

Older but excellent condo
This was prefect for our needs and well located in Breckenridge. The entryway has places for all your ski and snowboarding equipment. The breaker tripped once while we were there, but it was easy to fix at the panel in the laundry room. Kitchen was well stocked and had all the pots and pans we needed. The beds were quite comfortable. The living/dining area had comfortable seating and a table large enough for an impromptu game night. Thank you to some great hosts!

plenty of room for a family to spread out--property as listed. updated master suite which was private on 3rd floor. only complaint was a refrigerator that didn't seem to get cold. owner was concerned and I'm sure will look at fixing.

Dream place to be in the summer/ condo & Summit County
Great condo, plenty of room, very well decorated and in a great location. Beds are very comfortable, very good mattresses, pillows and sheets and blankets. All bedrooms have a big screen TV with Dish TV, nightlights in bathrooms, very good towels and decor. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo manager is very attentive and caring. Heather quickly replied to any questions and was accommodating to our desires and was easy to work.
This condo is in ideal location, just a bit on the fringe of the downtown Breckenridge. Short walk to the Gondola, City Market and Main Street. Free shuttle is steps away from our door. The Blue River with walkway and biking paths are within an easy walk. There is a small deck outside the back door with seating and an outside fire table and a gas grill. The deck opens up to woods.
Breckenridge is a wonderful place to be in the summer. Living in St. Louis, July and August weather makes us want to stay inside. The weather in Breck beckons all to go outside and enjoy. It is so easy and enjoyable to take a long walk, go on a hike, to bike, go fishing or boating. Summit County towns of Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne within a short drive, as is Lake Dillon. Summer rentals in this area are 30%-50% of the rentals during the winter ski season, making it a very affordable stay in a beautiful place with very attractive summer temperature.
I am in St. Louis now and I love living here most of the year--but in the summer I think I'd rather be in Summit County, Colorado.
