Nestled in Homewood, this attractive cabin for $441 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Step into classic Tahoe with this beautiful A-Frame in Chamberlands. Complete with a glass front to soak up the beautiful views. Parking for up to 4 vehicles, sleeping for 8 and a huge front deck make this place great for a family gathering. A Quiet location in Chamberlands provides this beautiful A-Frame a cozy feel. The all glass front and huge deck make for a great place to unwind and escape to the wilderness. Featuring enough bed space for up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms and a loft. You will love the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area adjacent to the warm gas stove. In the summer months, this house features access to Chamberlands HOA amenities, which has a tennis, pier, pool and private beach access. A shuttle runs during the summer, every 30 minutes, which gives you easy access to the amenities. D.L. Bliss, Sugar Pine and Emerald Bay are all just a short drive away and there is hiking trails walking distance away. In the winter you are just 5 minutes away from Homewood ski resort and 15 minutes to the Sherwood Access of Alpine Meadows ski resort. The front side of Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe are about 30 minutes away. FEATURES: * Smart TV in the Living room * Smart TV in the downstairs bedroom. * Smart TV in the second floor larger bedroom * All glass front for beautiful views * Gas Fireplace * Chamberlands HOA access to pool, beach, pier, & tennis courts (summer) * BBQ on Deck (not guaranteed in winter) BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: - Bedroom #1: Master w/King Bed with smart TV - Bedroom #2: Queen Bed with smart TV - Bedroom #3: Queen Bed - not a private room - Loft: 4 Twins (access via ladder) PARKING: - Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Other things to Note: * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access. * Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell. *Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. *Renters must be 25+ *Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults This is a non-smoking home. Pets are not allowed at this home. ***Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation*** TOT Cert # 81611 Permit # STR22-4325

This was the perfect size rental for two families and our 3 children. They loved sleeping in the loft (keep in mind the only access is by a ladder). The main two bedrooms are large with plenty of room, the third bedroom is smaller. The location is perfect, it's about a 15 minute walk to the private (or public) beach, but we drove to the beach most days. The HOA pool is a great benefit. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed! The large deck in front was perfect for barbeques!

We loved the cabin and really had fun exploring the west shore. The cabin was cozy and warm, bright and sunny during the day. My kids loved occupying the loft and having their own space. The kitchen had no more or less and one would need and we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas there.

The property is located in a quite neighborhood. Homewood is a beautiful place to stay. House was clean with nice large shower downstairs. The house has a lot of bear security. Would be nice to include a few instructions in the check in information about this. Beautiful deck. Overall great stay

Nice location, the lake was really close by. Great location which allowed us to explore all of Lake Tahoe without having to drive so far back to the rental.

Very nice A frame in Chambers subdivision. Would be great for family with older kids as the third story is reachable by ladder! The best thing is in Chambers you have access to their private beach and beautiful pool!

This house is in a great location if you want to take advantage of the Chambers private beach and amenities. While there is a shuttle that circles the neighborhood, we found it was a very short walk. We traveled with our dogs and although the private beach does not allow them, the public beach alongside it does. The house itself is small but nice and functional with some upgrades. It is also well stocked with spices etc. Beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It was also very clean.
