Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $230 per night is a great choice for your next break. Paradise becomes reality! If you haven't been to Panama City in a while you won't recognize it. This is the new Destin. No more teenagers gone wild. This is the place to be. Relax and enjoy the crystal clear water and the beautiful pristine beaches. This unit is as comfortable as it is beautiful. We have recently contracted with the beach service and are providing two lounge chairs on the beach to our guests, free or charge! Two chairs w\umbrella the entire time you stay at our condo. It is professionally decorated, and boasts all of the top quality amenities that set the Platinum Properties apart from some of the other properties. This unit sleeps six comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds, and leather sectional sofa with a recliner. The grounds are lovely, and Seychelles is next door to a fantastic Panama City Beach landmark called "Schooner's." You can walk over for lunch or dinner, or to get a nice frozen cocktail while you are on the beach, or by the pool. CHECK OUT THE COMMENTS OF SOME OF OUR PREVIOUS GUESTS! We are sad we are having to leave PCB but we wanted you and your family to know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need or want. The bed was comfy and the couch was also! Loved the balcony chairs! Views were amazing! We will be looking forward to booking again!

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo this past February. The condo is very comfortable, it has everything you need. It has 2 pools, one which is heated. I loved the Location of the condo. The owner, Steve, was fabulous to work with. If you are looking to go to Panama beach this is where you want to stay.

Steve was great to work with! He actually gets to know his guests a little before letting them stay. Our door code didn’t work when we arrived but I was able to call Steve and immediately receive a new code! We had a great time and would definitely rent from him again when in Panama City or wherever else he may purchase another beachfront condo!

Steve takes great care of this condo. It is definitely the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The location is great. Being next to Schooner’s was really nice and it is a great place to eat. We were within a decent driving distance at other places, such as Dusty’s, Bayou on the Beach, and Pier Park. The area is away from all the the young spring breakers, which is nice when you have little kids. I definitely recommend staying here.

The Seychelles building is well-taken care of, and this owner takes particularly good care of his unit, which he uses personally at times. Everything inside (towels, rugs, appliances, furniture) is of high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, with every appliance, utensil, dish, etc. that I needed. There was plenty of dishwasher detergent, even laundry detergent, and beach chairs & beach toys available for use. The floor plan makes it a great location for two grown ups in the king size bed and two kids in bunk beds. You could also sleep one or two people on the sofa & get a roll-away. Steve took the time to personally call me, and his check-in/check-out procedures and other communications were very timely and accurate.

Away from the action. (If you have girl or boy crazy teens you wilk enjoy this). Condo has everything you will need. If your cooking a big dinner just beaware the stove doesnt open all the way. But it worked great for our dinners for 5. We will definitely recommend and be back!! Thank You for sharing your home!

I stayed in this unit while in town for work. It was an amazing unit with everything I needed and more. Though I didn’t get to explore the property much due to work what I did see was very nice and seemed to be very family friendly. I go to PCB every year with my family for summer vacation and have always stayed closer to Pier park. Since staying at this property I have already booked my next summer vacation at this unit. The owner is nice and quick to respond to questions or concerns I had.
