NOTE TO POTENTIAL RENTERS: THE WILL BE REPAIR WORK GOING ON FROM OCTOBER 12 UNTIL DECEMBER 12, 2026. WORKERS WILL BE ON SITE FROM 8AM UNTIL 5 PM DAILY. IT WILL BE NOISY AND POSSIBLY DUSTY. THE POOL MAY OR MAY NOT BE OPEN. Tradewinds is located on beautiful Orange Beach, white sands and beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of America! This is unit is on the 12th floor. The unit has a large gulf front balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful beach!

Across the street from Adventure Island and Fatdaddy's Arcade, go-carts and putt putt. The beach side pool deck is only steps from the beautiful white sand beach.

The property was clean and as described. The bedroom is next to the elevator, and loud guests are frequently heard coming & going at night.

The condo was very clean the moment we walked in. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach and water. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and save some money. I would recommend this place to anybody! Amazing stay and would definitely stay again.

Checked into our condo excited but the first thing I noticed was how it needed a deep cleaning. I called the owner, who was very nice and he sent a cleaning team over to take care of the problems. They swept the floor to get all the sand up, and dusted the fans off. Then they left. I would’ve appreciated a more thorough clean when there is dust on the walls, mold on the shower curtain, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. the stools in the kitchen are too high for the countertop so they cannot be used. Dishes and silverware are very cheap. Pillows are disgustingly dirty. Towels are thin. For the amount of money that I spent on this trip I am very disappointed. Would I stay at this place again? Absolutely not. It needs updated. The photos make it look nicer than what it is. The best thing…the ocean view.
