Nestled in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $349 per night is a great option for your next trip. Tradewinds is located at 24568 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 36561. Tradewinds is in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama (about 5.5 miles east of Gulf, Shores, Alabama). It sits directly on one of the country's highest rated beaches. It has one of the area's best indoor/outdoor swimming pools and easy access to the beach (with a boardwalk with showers). Tradewinds is located directly across the street from Adventure Island (go carts, mini golf, laser tag) and Fat Daddy's Arcade. It is only minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and all the attractions including The Wharf, The Track (go carts), and OWA (theme park and indoor water park). The outlet mall at Foley, Alabama is about 15 miles away. This third floor unit is elevated enough to provide you with a great ocean view but is only two flights of stairs from the ground level (if you decide not to take the elevator). There are two elevators in the building. This unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with ceramic tile throughout. The unit features granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths. It has queen size beds in both bedrooms, a queen size sleep sofa in the living room, and 66" bunk beds for small children in the hallway (sleeps up to 8). The TVs in the master bedroom and living area are smart TVs and have cable. There is also a smart TV in the 2nd bedroom without cable. This unit has a washer and dryer and all linens, towels and cloths are provided. Wireless internet is also provided. This property also has an outdoor charcoal grilling area. This condo has it all. On our annual Thanksgiving trip to OB, this is our first time at this condo, the second floor view from the balcony is breath taking. It is now our only choice. The owner personally reach out to me to see if I had any concerns or problems. You don't get that attention anywhere these days. The location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do and just a very short walk (50') from the beach. The condo had everything you will ever need and was very secure and clean.

My cousin and I had a wonderful week at Orange Beach (our first visit) and the condo was great! We especially enjoyed the big chairs on the balcony. We used the beach services and that worked very well for us. The condo owner was great and communications were excellent. Would stay here again.

This property couldn’t be any closer to the beach! The second floor location was the perfect mix of a great view and easy access to the water. The corner unit allowed a nice breeze on the porch. If you are looking for a place that allows you beach access and service, this place delivers for a great price.

This is a wonderful condo. The room was exactly what was in the details. The complex was nice. The only thing I noticed was in the area outside the actual unit needed to be painted. However we want to come back to this unit and are revommending it to others.

We had a great time at staying at this condo. The location was good for us. It was nice being right on the beach. And the balcony was big enough to actually enjoy.
The room is right off the elevator.
You know how there is always something wrong when you go somewhere? Even in hotels. About day three I realized, there hadn’t been any problems at all!

The room was amazing. It had more than enough beds for the family. Easy access to a clean beach. Pool was nice for the kids to cool off before going to room. Arcade and mini golf right across the road. We will be staying here again! Great hosts!

We love vacationing at Orange Beach and have stayed in a handful of different complexes. This one (Tradewinds) was simple but had everything we needed. We appreciated that a smaller complex, next to a row of houses, meant a less crowded beach & more room to spread out!
The unit itself was very neat & clean. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunkbeds in the hallway! Kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the grilling area was well equipped with utensils. There was even a collection of beach toys stored in the bench on the patio that our kids enjoyed playing with! I was happy we didn’t need to go out and purchase those items for our one week stay.
Hosts were easy to work with and we had no issues during our stay. If you’re looking for a complex with alllll the activities & features, Tradewinds may not be for you BUT we went for the beach and it did not disappoint! This condo was a great deal and we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay could not have been better. Our unit was extremely clean in every room and in every way. It was beautifully decorated showing much care and decorative good taste. Absolutely everything we could need and more was there for our use. The location was perfect for beach access and the balcony was our favorite relaxing area. Access to elevators was perfect for packing and unpacking luggage, etc. Thank you for the best introduction we could have had to Orange Beach.

The condo was fine. It needs some deep cleaning. There was mold in different areas like in the ceiling corner of master bedroom, Decor of unit was nice. The couch and chair were dirty and needs to be replaced. The deck furniture was not matching. Door needs to be pulled hard to make sure it closes. All the vents really need to be cleaned, leaving dirt marks on the ceiling.
The condo complex was a little shady. There is no lobby and the elevators are located in this weird hall, not very appealing.
We were not left any new starter items only toilet paper and and paper towel we didn’t have any kitchen wash cloths

Everything was perfect for our fall break getaway. We have been to Orange Beach before but this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. The condo was spotless, well equipped and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. You are mere steps from the beach and view from the balcony is wonderful. Plus the location is close to shop restaurants and entertainment. A perfect spot for our family! We will be back!

This property was exactly as stated. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Views were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the dolphins play each morning, we even got to see a shark! The owners were wonderful and quickly answered any questions we had. We couldn’t be more happy with this rental property! Alex was so easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond our expectations! We came down a day early and stayed with our family in a different condo since ours wasn’t going to be ready until the next day! I messaged Alex to see if he knew how I could obtain a parking pass for one day. He personally called me and not only hand one hand delivered to the unit we were staying, he also brought one for the 2nd car in my Mom’s unit since they only had one parking pass for their unit! To be that is first class!
His unit is PERFECT! Their cleaning crew does an AMAZING job!! It was spotless and smelled so good! He has everything you can think of - from a blender, to a crockpot, to a fantastic coffee maker, pitchers for tea/koolaide, Tupperware, hair dryers, extra beach toys in the bin on the deck - I could go on and on. We would 100% stay here again!
One last thing, the location is so great - end unit, 2nd floor where you can use the stairs and not have to use the elevator if not needed. And Walmart delivers here! Order your groceries before, and have them delivered and save yourself a half day!!

My mother, sons and I had a wonderful trip to Orange Beach! The condo is well located, close to Publix and restaurants, with easy parking right in front of the building (as opposed to a huge parking deck). The unit itself has a lovely ocean view and nicely sized balcony, and the bunk beds were fun for my 5 and 8 year olds. While the unit worked well for the four of us, it might be a little tight for more than two adults and two or three kids. Beach access is pretty easy via elevator or two flights of stairs, and chair rentals are set up right in front of the building. I loved the lower density condo building, as the beach was less crowded than other spots. While in the bedroom closest to the bunk beds, I could hear people talking in the hallway by the elevator, so I recommend bringing ear plugs or a noise machine if you’re a sensitive sleeper. We found the owners responsive and think overall it’s a great choice if you’re looking for easy access to the beach and a good location in Orange Beach.
