This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles.

It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!

I was very pleased with the area and the property. Very peaceful and quiet just what we were looking for and needed. We will definitely book there again

This was on the 6th floor, with a phenomenal balcony beachfront view. The place was extremely clean. Everything you need was there. I have OCD, so I was able to clean the sand up as we came in from the beach. The washer & dryer combo was amazing (new). The kitchen was great.
