Tradewinds #103 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 remodeled full baths with new comfort height toilets. The master has an en suite bathroom with standalone shower. This unit has a 1 car limit. Sleeps 6

Property was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to everything. Only recommendation would be to consider replacing the sofa in the near future.

This was in the most perfect location in Orange Beach. You have easy access right onto and off the beach and the 1st floor is perfect. You have a full view of the ocean and it’s very easy to get your beach stuff up and down. The space is a great size for two adults but would still be comfortable for 2 adults with 2 children. You are very centralized so it’s not far to any activity and the stay and play package is nice for getting a free ticket for certain activities. The beds were comfortable and everything was well kept and clean. Only complaint is you only get 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and two small trash bags for the length of the stay so you will want to bring extra if you have more than two people staying. Everything is nice, looks just like pictures but the best part is definitely the location!

Great one bedroom condo, two bathrooms. Lot of things to do. The Oceanview was/is breath taking. The Dolphin cruise was so much fun.

Tradewinds is old and in desperate need of repair. The outside has 2 different color paints..the entire building needs new paint. The stairwells are dark and not well lit. The threshold and push bars on stairwell doors are completely rusted. The concrete in hallways look old and dirty. Light fixtures in halls need to be replaced. Tiles around the pool are missing. The location is the best thing about the building. Our unit, 103, was tastefully decorated. The kitchen sink was rusted and dishwasher and stove looked dated. The bathrooms were extremely small. The couch had seen better days. We enjoyed our week on the beach but would not stay at Tradewinds again. The rental company was good to deal with.
