About this villa rental
Twin Oaks villa located in the heart of Sea Pines and situated off of the 10th Fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links- home of The Heritage Golf Tournament.
2 bedroom/2 bathroom comfortable villa. Master bedroom has king bed, flat screen television, full bath and a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with 2 entrances. Open loft looks out to living, accessible by spiral staircase and has a queen bed with half bath. This space is great for older children. Because of the spiral stairs, it is not suitable for older folks or young children. Large living room has 3 steps down leading to plenty of seating, flat screen television, and a fireplace. Wifi included. Kitchen has all major appliances, and a washer and dryer. Separate dining room seats 6. This is an end unit, so provides extra privacy. Sliding glass doors open to patio sitting area to watch the beautiful Sea Pines nature overlooking a lagoon, beautiful Hilton Head sunsets, and the 10th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links and Clubhouse. Lagoon has lots of South Carolina wildlife. 2 parking spots included.
The villa resort offers a pool with lounge chairs and tables. The pool is across the way from the villa's front door. A very quick walk on the golf course at dusk takes you to Harbour Town- home of the famous Red and White Lighthouse. Harbour Town offers lots of shopping, restaurants, outside bars, live music, and a large playground. Harbour Town has lots of activities such as boat tours, water activities, and children's fun. During peak times, a shuttle is available to take you to all major locations in Sea Pines (such as The Beach Club, South Beach, and Sea Pines Center.) The villa is a quick drive, or nice bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club is public and also has many activities such as a kid's craft corner, grill, beach bar, and fine dining restaurant. Sea Pines has some of the most beautiful bike paths on the island, and the bike path is located at the entrance of the complex. You can rent bikes at the Sea Pines Center, which is a quick drive or walk from the villa.

The property was beautiful equipped and a great location right between the Sea Pines Beach Club and Harbourtowne- a quick bike or walk to either location. The home was peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the 2 patios. We loved watching the golfers on hole number 10, the wildlife (alligator, armadillos, deer, blue heron, etc) near the waterway in the back yard. Beyond that we could see the Calibogie Sound and beautiful sunsets. The complex pool was large and refreshing and was right across the street. The owners provided a gas grill for cooking, which was in an enclosure right outside of the kitchen door. The unit was spacious and clean with many amenities available. We look forward to visiting next year! Thank you!

We welcomed the privacy and quiet of the villa. The surrounding neighborhood is so peaceful. So many streets and paths to explore by bike. The pool was well maintained with both sunny areas and shade. On hot afternoons I spent hours reading cozy mystery books while standing in the water. We certainly hope to return.

Beautiful place host easy to contact and responded in a reasonable time parking very easy right in front of condo was within walking distance of Harbor town. Would recommend to anyone to stay there

We are repeat renters twice a year. We love how Irene and Steve are so welcoming and accommodating. Perfect villa and location for us. We look forward to many more future stays.
