About this house rental

Pick up the bike trail to Fallen Leaf Lake right out your front door of this adorable mountain themed home. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views and with acres of US Forest and CA Conservancy lands across the street, this peaceful setting is perfect for a relaxing vacation getaway.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has had recent updates of luxury vinyl plank flooring, gas fireplace insert with slate surround, pine interior paneling, lighting, granite kitchen countertops & stainless steel kitchen appliances, new bath vanity with granite counter and new sliding glass door. Enjoy the views of Echo Summit from the large sunny back deck in the completely fenced back yard.

House is 8 miles from Stateline and only 10 to 15 minutes from all of Lake Tahoe's attractions!

This was such a perfect place for my family. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for the dogs. The place didn’t smell like pets at all! Super great!!
