We strive to make this home comfortable for both professionals or couples desiring a quiet retreat, and families with children who want a space to connect and play.

The Space
Living & Dining: The heart of the home is an open, sun-drenched living area. Relax on comfortable seating by the wood-burning fireplace or catch up on your favorite shows with our high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking with a large island, gas range, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Our large sectional has a pull-out queen bed if you require additional sleeping arrangements.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Suite: Features a comfortable Queen bed and direct views of nearby mountains.
The Kids' Room: Perfect for the little ones. Equipped with two twin beds and a curated selection of toys and books to keep them entertained. An additional roll-away bed can be set up if needed.
Primary Bathroom: A spacious bathroom which includes a bath/shower combo, one sink, and large cabinet for storage.
Guest Bathroom: A clean, functional second bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the essential toiletries provided.
Off the front of the home is an expansive 600 sq/ft deck, perfect for lounging in the sun, sipping your morning coffee, or dining outdoors. There is also a small, private patio off the guest bedroom for some fresh mountain air and solitude. The backyard is fully fenced-in so that dogs can roam around and kids can play!
Guest access
Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a couple locked owner closets.

✧ PET RULES ✧ Bags are provided; please clear all pet waste. To prevent damage, pets must be crated if left unattended. Please keep pets off furniture to avoid hair removal fees. Guests are responsible for all pet-related repairs.
✧ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ✧ Your health and safety are our priority. We use a rigorous professional cleaning and sanitization process after every check-out.
✧ COUNTY DISCLOSURES ✧ Max 6 guests - extra kids 5 & under are welcome. Parking for 2 cars on driveway only. Quiet hours: 10pm-8am.
