Beautiful, well appointed two floor 3 BR - 3 Full Bath condo across a one lane street from the mountain's base and lift (It may take you all of two minutes to walk to Lift #7). Breathtaking and gorgeous mountain views through two huge picture windows facing both South and West. This is a Light and Airy condo. Five minute walk to the center of historic town of Telluride with tons of restaurants, bars, shops and outfitters. Two minute walk to a well stocked grocery store with lots of organic and gourmet items. Covered parking space, on street parking permit for nearby zone A for extra car, ski locker, shared jacuzzi and fast speed internet connection included. Condo is right across the street from the San Miguel River which a walking, biking and cross country ski trail going miles up and down valley. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very short walk to lift #7. We walked downtown to restaurants which was nice but there is a convenient bus if you prefer. The host was easy to reach and 100% reliable in helping us with any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

We love the condo. It was absolutely perfect for our group.
We were very pleased with everything….it was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, games, books. A very convenient location to walk anywhere and shuttle bus was right across the street. The owner was quick to answer any questions and went out if his way to take care of anything. The view from the condo is outstanding! Highly recommended!

Four adults stayed for Blues and Brews festival. Excellent location in town. Walked to everything. Owners were super communicative and helpful. The place was comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Open,livingrm window seat unsafe for children.Only living window that opens except small kitchen window. High temps in 80's,townspeople said not unusual.Windows open=lotsof street noise/bugs.Lowend dormitoryfeel. Needs paint/carpet cleaning everywhere. Woodwork & doors banged up throughout. Majority lampshades stained,filthy,broken.Queen bath filthy grout at sink and flooring.Filthy handprint stains on unusuable, shot,lumpy-cushioned sectional,not fit for Goodwill. Ottomans w/ large, bleached-out stains.Kitchen cupboards longtime-grimy,wood handles.Futon caked-on dirt.Largewindow in twinroom too bright!Unusable shade scrunched on sill,someone tried packingtape to rehang.Disheveled bookcase/games.
Not cleaned on arrival at 6 pm.Owner promised to pay for dinner while cleaning.We all said we don't want dinner, we want the night comped.Owner said he would comp WHATEVER nights we thought were fair,discuss in morning, please go to dinner,on him.Went for pizza.After cleaning completed at 9:20,dirty sheets discovered. Master bed occupants removed sheets, slept on towels.Daughter w toddler planned to sleep on twinbed/toddler in trundle.Discovered dirty twinsheets, Tried to sleep with toddler intrundle.We discovered in am,we slept on dirty sheets!Lights were out when we got in bed,due to unscreened,queenbed,french doors,only way to cool upstairs.Lugged luggage till10pm,MIDNIGHT OUR TIME,up4flights. After sheet fiasco,owner decides to comp dinner&cleaningfee,less than night's stay!

If I could give the location and the communication with the owners more stars, I would. It was our first time to Telluride for a family wedding. It was a great walkable town, but when we were dressed up or wanted to get someplace quicker, the shuttle was literally right across the street, and the gondola in town was just a couple blocks away. Comfy beds; hot, powerful showers; relaxing hot tub; a killer view - what more could you want? We hope to get back there someday (especially during ski season!)

This great property has many selling points but the best thing we loved was the view. On top of that is the fact that it is directly across the street from lift 7. Clarks grocery store is just a few steps away and you can get anywhere in town with just a few minutes walk. The hosts are well organized and provide detailed information. This place has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Telluride.

Apartment is fantastic, best location for skiing and walking into town, you don't need a car, large covered parking lot. 3 bathrooms and 3 rooms and living room with integrated kitchen and additional loft. Everything very clean! We'll be back! Owner very nice and answers every question very quickly.

Especially for skiing this spot can't be beat. You can see the lift from the living room window and with the ski storage and hot tub also next to the property it's perfect. Walking trail to town and parking for 2 vehicles. I'd definitely stay again

We stayed at Henry's condo for our annual ski vacation to Telluride. There were 8 adults. Condo was conveniently located near lift 7 and had amazing views of the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked and Henry was very easy to communicate with and helped us with an extra vehicle we had. Would highly recommend!

However, the kitchen faucet leaked and needed replacement while we were there. The glass window on the oven door front slipped down and we couldn't use the oven the last 2 days, after the repair required time to have the glue set. Some newer fry pans would be helpful so that food didn't stick.

This condo was perfect for our cousin ski trip. Location is excellent and there was a bed for each of the 5 guys. Communication was great with Henry and we had no issues. Village is the place to be for a guys ski trip and this place is great.

The condo is outstanding and the location in town couldn't be better. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With a large sunlit living room, a well stocked kitchen, three bedrooms + a bed in the loft area, a full bathroom in each bedroom, and incredible views up Lift 7 all made our Xmas in Telluride a special one. My family loved our stay here. Two boys in the room with twin beds, oldest boy in queen size bedroom by himself, daughter in the loft, my husbands and I downstairs. We loved that every room had their own bathrooms! 😂. Great location, great view! I’m not sure if I talked to Henry or Liz most of the time but they were very helpful with any questions I had (even non property related questions) and with checking in on us to make sure all was good. Thank you guys for making it an awesome stay! Very accommodating!

I stayed here with my family for my son's wedding. It is in a perfect location as the river trail and Galloping Goose bus stop are across the street and a short walk to the everything else. We had everything we needed to make our meals as we cooked the majority of the time we were there. The window seat was a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and a cool breeze. It rained every day we were there, but we didn't let it dampen our spirits. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful, informative and quick to respond to any question.

The main room is sunny and spacious and has great views. We were right across from the river walk which is just lovely. Have already shared some recommendations for the owner so won't go over it here. The communication was EXCELLENT as well as the follow up.

We had one person in a wheelchair and crutches. So getting up 2 flights of stairs was very challenging but we were forewarned and knew to expect it. The space is nice. Three bedrooms with 3 ensuites, which was the biggest reason we stayed here. The beds were fine.

This condo has plenty of space for our group and it was in a great location. Steps from the lift. The owner was extra helpful and very communicative. Parking was a breeze. We will stay here again!

Affordable place a right across the street from the lifts
We had a great time at this place. It was easy to walk around town and right across the street from the lift. The only thing I would note is that the sofa is not a pull out.

Cool Location - City and Property
This is a 3 bedroom plus extra bed property. There were plenty of dishes, linens and towels, and blankets. The views from the windows and balconies were great. We were there in early October and the colors were spectacular. This property is a ten or fifteen minute walk from the central part of Telluride and very close to a lift and not far from the gondola.
A very enjoyable trip all around.

Terrific Value
Lots of good things about this property. First, the owner(s) are very easy to work with and checked in periodically to make sure we were happy, in addition to sending detailed instructions about the condo. Thank you, Henry! Second, we have been coming to Telluride for several years and this was (by far) the best covered parking we've had - easy in/out, a 7' clearance, and a very spacious parking spot at the end of the garage. That may seem trivial to some, but with our Expedition Max packed full of luggage, it was a MUCH appreciated departure from previous tiny, cramped spots!
The layout is family-friendly, with the master, kitchen, and living room downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms (and loft with a bed) upstairs, which gave the kids their space and the adults ours. Bathrooms were all fine, no complaints there, and the beds were fine as well. Leaving a couple of windows or doors open (under covered patios) cooled the condo off very effectively at night and there were no bear concerns because it's a 3rd floor condo. The kitchen was small but definitely useable for those who want to stay in and cook (with all of the great Telluride restaurant options, we limited our "cooking" mainly to sandwiches and occasionally reheating leftovers. The washer and dryer were conveniently located outside the master bedroom, and got plenty of use without any issues. As with the beds, the furniture (couch, dining table, etc.) were all good enough, and about what you'd expect from a good rental property.
The location was very good for us too. It's on the western end of town, 2 blocks' walk from Clark's Market and the high school field and playground (a huge selling point for our kids). All of Telluride is very walkable from there, just 5 or 6 blocks to the center of the town, so about a 10 minute or less walk. The condo is also located across the street from the river and walking/biking trail as well as the free parking lot in case your vehicle is oversized. Just a very convenient location, and one we thoroughly enjoyed. As I mentioned, the condo is on the 3rd floor, so there are 2 flights of steps involved with coming or going, but that wasn't a problem for us. And it did lead to beautiful mountain views from the balcony and windows, as well as peace of mind in opening outside doors and windows.
All in all, a really great value for the money (less expensive than comparable properties), and we would stay here again.

Very comfortable condo with nice mountain views and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Telluride. We were there with 3 of our 7 grown children and their partners for a wedding. We would come back for sure with some of our kids and grand children for skiing or in the Summer.

Property looks nice in photos but isn’t, It’s very unclean. The walls are covered in just weird drips and gross mysterious clumps of something. None of the dishes in the house were clean, We had to clean all of them before we could use them. My pillow had dried blood on the case and the pillow. I noticed right before bed luckily. Not what you expect for a expensive place to stay. All 5 of us were grossed out staying here.
