Completely redone and remodeled this fantastic condo will ensure a comfortable and worry-free vacation. This is a large 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms unit on the second floor. The kitchen features new granite counter tops, hickory cabinets and it opens to the large dining table and living area. Stocked with all needed for that perfect family meal, it will not disappoint. The living area, features leather furniture, including a sleeper sofa and love seats. The focal point is the gas fireplace, mellow and cozy for the whole family to gather around. There is a large balcony off the living area with views of the beautiful Yampa Valley, which host the Steamboat Ski Area. The first bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, large windows and flat-screen TV. The first full bathroom is right across the hallway from this bedroom. The large master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a double closet, Queen bed, large windows, flat screen TV and gorgeous in suite full bathroom, with granite counter tops. Without a doubt, this ski condo will fit your family perfectly. The complex is just 400 yards to the Ski Base Area / Gondola Square (5-minute walk) and features large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is a sand volleyball court on the back. Discounted lift tickets are only available to guests of Retreatia and MUST be purchased 16 days prior to arrival date. Great condo! Just a bit sparse on cooking accessories (spices, oil, etc). If you’re planning on cooking anything bring everything you need.

This condo is exactly what they said it would be. The bus is so close, and walking back is easy and downhill. The condo itself is well stocked with everything you need. We will stay here again.

All in all a great time. Only downside was no A/C with near record temps in Steamboat but the condo itself was comfortable, well appointed and conveniently located an easy 3 minute drive to the base of the resort. A couple of things to note. The unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some. The unit faces west which makes for beautiful sunsets but very warm afternoons with the summer temps as they were. The Wild West hot air balloon ride land very near to the property so watching them navigate and land was a fun way to enjoy a morning coffee. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again if we make it back to Steamboat.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this condo. It's in a great location - easy to access the resort area as well as downtown and day trips, too. The condo had everything we needed - from cookware to storage space to games, puzzles and movies that kept everyone entertained.

This condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to make every meal! The daily shuttle to the mountain worked great, convenient pick up location and the night time VIP shuttle was an added plus! Would definitely recommend this condo! Thank you!

A wonderful and very convenient condo. While a bit of a walk to the slopes, definitely doable, especially if you valet your skis at the slopes. The bus is super easy and next to the parking lot. Hugely helpful. Never needed my car. The kitchen and remainder of the condo is very well stocked for all your needs. Great bathrooms and comfy beds. Helpful ski locker outside front door. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Unit 2227. It was a beautifully renovated and well equipped unit for our family of four. We enjoyed skiing during the day, with a quick shuttle from the front of the complex, and cozy hot tub to ease our pain every evening! Our boys (12 and 10) enjoyed the heated outdoor pool as well. It felt like a home away from home!

The condo we stayed in was very clean and well taken care of. It had all the amenities that we needed to provide us with an enjoyable stay. The owners and Retreatia stayed on top of giving us updates, and passwords and passcodes. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was the most well-equipped condo that we've ever stayed in and very clean upon arrival. The lovely kitchen had just about every kitchen item/utensil we could have needed. Everything, from the cookware to the glassware selection was really nice. The owners have thought of and stocked just about everything you might need during your stay. The bathrooms were stocked with soft, fluffy towels as well as both body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Beds for our family of four were comfortable as well. Pool and grounds were clean and neat. We weren't there for the ski season, but for the summer season, it was a short walk over to the gondola area and a 5-10 minute drive into town (depending on traffic). Next time we are in Steamboat, we will definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had a queen bed in one bedroom and twin single beds in another bedroom which was perfect for our two teenage boys. It had two bathrooms which took the "organizational" stress away when getting ready in the morning! The living area was spacious,comfortable and had a nice feel. The ski areas was walkable or you could catch the free shuttle bus.
