CEILING TO FLOOR WINDOWS AND SLIDING GLASS DOOR ON THE BEACH FRONT GOING OUT ON THE BALCONY with awesome view of the beach!! NO SMOKING, NO PETS AND NO PARTYING!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE FAMILY ORIENTED!!!!!!! SLEEPS 6 - 8. UPDATED 2 BEDROOM & 2 BATH BEACH FRONT CONDO FREE WIFI. The Kitchen HAS STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES UPDATED CABINETS & COUNTER TOPS. It has a new table with 6 chairs. There are 4 bar stools and restaurant style highchair. MASTER BEDROOM HAS new furniture. A KING BED with new mattress. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS 2 FULL SIZE BEDS. THERE IS A SOFA SLEEPER IN THE LIVING ROOM. CERAMIC TILE THROUGH OUT. IT has a smart TV ON THE WALL IN LIVING ROOM AND HD TVs in BOTH BEDROOMS. FULL size WASHER & DRYER IN THE UNIT. Sliding glass balcony door with floor to ceiling windows. BALCONEY IS ON THE OCEAN FRONT. LARGE heated POOL AND KIDDIE POOL. EXERCISE ROOM. CHARCOAL GRILLS AND COVERED PICNIC TABLES, A COVERED AREA BY THE POOL. Has 2 ELEVATORS. It is CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, WATERVILLE, ZOO, CITY PARK, THE HANGOUT and MUCH MORE. There is a one time fee for entire stay for parking passes for this building. They are $50.00 each. Limit two parking passes for two bedroom units. OUR CONDOS ARE ON THE 4tH FLOOR. Our condo was located on the beautiful sandy beach in Gulf Shores. Our favorite restaurants were within walking/biking distance. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It was perfect.

Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Gulf Shore and this condo was great! It was our first time in the area and we're definitely coming back. We appreciated the communication with the owner, and when we needed to add a day, it was a very easy process. Pros: - Right on the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. - Getting the parking pass was much easier than expected and plenty of parking at the building. While no reserved spots, they claim to not oversell parking so a spot should always be available. - Excellent location in Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the Hangout, Pink Pony, Burro Azul and Lauria's By the Beach (YUMMY Italian across the street). - Wooden boardwalk from the pool area across the dunes to the beach. Very easy access! - While we didn't rent chairs or an umbrella, they are set up every day right in front of the building on the beach. - Kitchen was well stocked with needed appliances, dishes, pots/pans, etc. - Primary room King bed very comfortable. - Liked having the electronic front door lock and not having to worry about forgetting/losing an actual key. - Great water pressure in the shower for being on the 4th floor. We have had issues with that in the past! Cons: - Unit is showing its age a little. - Living room couch is "sunken" which happens to older sleeper sofas. - Both double beds in the second bedroom squeak when you sit or lay on them. - The remotes in the primary bedroom were a bit finicky. Thanks! We'd definitely return to this condo!

The condo could be cleaner. The items on the walls were full of dust. The floors needed a good scrubbing and kept up with. We did enjoy our stay.

I surprised my wife for her birthday with a little getaway to Gulf Shores. We really enjoyed our time with all the restaurant and shopping choices in the area and the Island Wind West, where we stayed, was in a great location. Right on the beach and walking distance to The Hideaway, Pink Pony, among other places. The condo we stayed in was perfect for us. The owners, Doris and Dwight, were easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! We had no issues during our stay with check in or anything else. We were a little worried about parking as we had two cars, but we never had trouble finding spots in the lot! The beach was beautiful and there was a chair/umbrella rental service right in front of the condo. This was the perfect spot as it was within walking distance of many attractions such as the hang out!

This condo is exactly as pictured. We love staying in this building since it’s so easy to walk to places instead of driving!! Was able to reach out to Doris very easily and was able to get the one little hiccup fixed right away. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

We loved staying at island winds west! The view was beautiful, right on the beach. We loved that there were extra beach toys provided for the kids! The colorful beach vibe decorations made the stay so fun for the kids! I’d say our only complaint was the smoke alarm placed right above the dryer. So it would frequently go off due to the heat from the dryer. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

No property is perfect, but this one came close. Awesome view with a very short walk to the beach. By far the best equipped kitchen ever. Only issue we had was a balky keypad to the condo. We all agreed we would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our week here. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony had a great view of the pool and ocean. The owners were very attentive and responded to our issue immediately and it was remedied. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to return someday!

The property was fine and the condo was pretty but the condo was not clean. There was thick dust on the ceiling fans, pictures the vcr, tvs ect! There was food on dishes in the cabinets and the stove! My nephew has allergies and he was sick all week!!

We were here for a volleyball tournament in Foley. This was a perfect place for us. Plenty of room and very clean. Had everything we needed. Balcony was nice also.

We really enjoyed the place, which was very close to the volleyball tournament our daughter was in. The view was great and the place very nice. Our only complaint was that paying $45 for parking seems excessive since most places we rent include parking and it was a bit of a hassle to go purchase the pass before gaining access to the unit. The parking fee needs to be highlighted in the listing and the new higher price reflected. Overall, great place though. Thanks.

This property was absolutely fabulous! It accommodated the needs for my family of 7 perfectly. Doris & Dwight’s communication with me was quick and effective. This was my girl’s first time on the beach and they loved it. While our visit was 12/26-12/30 it was on the cooler side of temps, and the pool heater wasn’t working. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation. Definitely considering rebooking in the future.

Subpar condo, the lock wouldn’t lock and we had to stay there with it not working. The owner was not kind, professional, caring or helpful. The condo environment was not one we felt safe in at all. Would not recommend staying here.

The owners are amazing and very quick with responding. The condo was so clean and everything worked perfectly. Loved the balcony it was my favorite spot and we were able to watch Dolphins swimming and playing from there. We will definitely be back!

This condo is on front beach! The condo is decorated very nicely and is comfortable for hanging out with friends or family. It is a good central location for visiting sites in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Fort Morgan.

Awesome view of the beach. Close to downtown shops. The kids loved the pool. Only thing is the wifi didn’t work but not an issue we didn’t really need it.
