Monique was exceptionally friendly, courteous and accommodating. As we were greeted, Monique informed us that we were being upgraded at no extra cost. Because we had a very early start the next morning, we were offered a take away type breakfast, which although not taken, was much appreciated.
There was nothing that we did not enjoy. The location is stunning, the information Monique gave us regarding the area was much appreciated, and we were satisfied with everything.

The room was a bit humid and not the best room separation (Toilet = Bedroom)

The manager was very friendly.
Not close to a boutique hotel, 3 star B&B. Bathroom floor not cleaned, coffee and water not replenished, hairdryer had no power as it was so small, kettle old with rust, no DSTV, bathroom soap in old and used bottle….
