Situated in Wild Dunes, this lovely house for $420 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is a large home overlooking the 18th fairway with great ocean views! There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed that shares a full bath with the hallway. There are three more bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower. Other key features include: Screened porch off living room and "open air" porch off master bedroom, garage, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, sleeper sofa in the living room, dining area that seats six, additional seating in the kitchen to seat up to nine, washer & dryer, cable television, TV in the master bedroom. WiFi. Linens Included. No Pets. No Smoking. **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes** Vehicle Capacity: 2 ---LAYOUT--- First Floor: Garage Second Floor: Living Room Dining Room Kitchen Screened Porch Hall Bath Bedroom 1: Queen bed; Shares hall bath. Third Floor: Utility Room Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds; Shares jack and jill bath with BR3. Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds; Shares jack and jill bath with BR2. Bedroom 4: Queen Bed; Private bath with jacuzzi. Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this house. We loved the proximity to the pool and ocean access. The house was good. Somewhat outdated kitchen and bathrooms, but yet they were all good and clean. The house was clean, good linens, and kitchen was well equipped but not as well organized as it could be. We found silverware in one drawer and for multiple days we thought we only had 4 forks and two tea spoons, but later found another drawer that was full of utensils. The owner should have door locks fixed that don't work properly.

The house was beautiful, the area quiet, the pool well taken care of, and the beaches serene. There were several minor issues that needed attention, but the Island Realty staff were responsive and helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very close to the pool.VERY disappointed in the kitchen. The skillets,glasses etc. are in very bad condition . There was not alot of towels .The floors in the whole house needs cleaning or replaced.Overall the place needs to be updated.

The location is amazing; the houses are always clean and well maintained. Island Realty is a always a pleasure to work. WE WILL BE BACK!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was so nice, open and airy. I especially liked the balcony off the master suite. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The pool and spa were grand and so convenient to this house that you felt like it was your own private pool. The rug in the dining room and kitchen floor need some update and upkeep, and there were light bullbs out in a number of places. Also the outside water spigot needs fixing. My only real problem was that the trash contained on the boardwalk to the beach was never emptied, overflowing and disgusting.

A few reservations would be: some of the furniture, all of the carpet and the master bed mattress needs to be replaced. Will recommend to others.

Only drawback is that mattresses on both queen beds are badly in need of replacement. Otherwise, I highly recommend the house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I understand this is a beach rental but the inside looks like nothing has been updated in 20 years. Old stove, microwave that shorts out, major stains on the floor, worn out couch and chair with pillows losing feathers. For the rental rate needs to be fixed up.

To get to the beach, you walk down the street to a path and a walkway that crosses the golf course. Glad I brought a beach wagon for my little one.
