On this second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor balcony and a half bathroom. There are also two additional staircases on the second floor. One staircase takes you to the third floor, where you will find the master suite, the second master suite and a guest bedroom suite. The staircase in the living room on the second floor takes you downstairs to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom suite with two queen beds and private porch, a laundry room and another staircase that takes you to the open game room below. The game room has a combined billiards / ping pong table. Gigi's Beach House is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
