Located in Wild Dunes, this charming house for $590 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. **Free cancellations if any SC state or local travel restrictions or beach access are in place at time of check in. For your safety: **This house is thoroughly cleaned with CDC recommended sanitizer between each guest ( to include black light technology inspection after each cleaning) Enjoy Wild Dunes Resort from our charming three bedroom, three bath Grand Pavilion home - located in the Seaside/Grand Pavilion area on a quiet, tree-lined street in the most sought after area of the resort. The wonderful distinctive architectural style of this area is the true heart and soul of Wild Dunes. From the front door of this lovely home to the water’s edge is less than a three minute walk. This house offers full access to the Grand Pavilion area - including the 2 oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools! Porches are the central theme of all the Seaside houses. A large front porch with old-fashioned rocking chairs, porch swing, and hammock is perfect for greeting friends and neighbors walking by on their way to all the social activities at the Grand Pavilion. The expansive back porch is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging in softly cushioned sofas and chairs. This 2000 square foot home that has been professionally decorated is perfect for gatherings, both large and small. The spacious house (with beautiful heart-pine flooring throughout) features three bedrooms. A master with attached bath comes with a king feather bed and has a private entrance to the back porch. The guestroom, located just off the living room, offers a queen size feather bed and private bath. The final bedroom has two bunk beds – also with feather beds and shares the bath that opens to the living area. The younger generation will love being able to have constant sleep-overs! The upscale sofa in the living area is also a pull out queen sleeper, offering extra room for guests. All beds come complete with luxurious 300 count cotton sateen sheets. The generously sized main living area stretches from the front door to the back door, with a wood burning fireplace as the central focal point. The open kitchen comes with everything you will need for entertaining family and friends. Open to both the main living area and with French doors leading to the back porch, the chef will never feel left out of the party. We have taken every opportunity to make you feel at home. There is a TV in every bedroom and we have added High Speed Internet for those that want to 'stay in touch'. Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool, island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone! You will enjoy calling this luxurious house your own during your relaxing vacation to South Carolina’s Low Country.

I grew up coming to Wild Dunes every summer with my family and now as a mom with 3 young kiddos, am thrilled to get to bring our own family here. We’ve stayed at a few spots throughout the resort over the years but think we’ve found “our place” here! Better than the pics, perfect location, the pitches were amazing and the beds all so comfortable. Can’t wait to return!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Wild Dunes home. The home was very clean and well appointed. The beach is a short walk, and having access to the pools was a hit with the kids. We do recommend the property, and home to return for another stay in the future!

We love to bring our family to Isle of Palms and have been to this property multiple times. The proximity to the beach and pool is incredible . We love the back and front porch. However, the only downfall was that this property doesn’t apparently allow pets any longer (although they were allowed in our past trips and this property popped up when we booked again this year with the pet filter on), so I received a $300 charge. If there are changes being made to pets being allowed, it would have been nice to have been made aware.

My husband and I took our two kids (12) and (14) to Isle of Palms for the first time. We selected this home since it had pools, tennis courts, restaurants beach access and other activities all within the community (walking distance for the kids). We had my best friend and her two kids join us and the kids all stayed in the bunk room. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed dinners on the screened deck. The kitchen had every thing we needed. The hosts were easy to reach if needed but with the keypad access we didn’t need much. Check in and out was a breeze. Thanks for everything.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property and I have to say even thought I was not allowed to bring my dog or have a golfcart in the neighborhood, all members of my family had a wonderful time. We loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs and swing while one of us was in the kitchen making a great meal. Beds are always so comfortable and I slept like a baby. I feel like this is my home away from home and will definitely stay again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is an easy walk to the beach and all amenities within Wild Dunes. We spent time every morning and evening on the big, beautiful, porches that definitely give you the feeling of being in the South. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need to make meals and there is a Harris Teeter 10 minutes away to get groceries. The beds were comfortable and my parents grew to love two of the chairs in the living room so much they kept joking they were going to put them in their car and take them home. The owner was proactive in communicating with me ahead of my arrival and took care of an issue prior to us getting there. We have been to the Charleston area many times over the years and very much enjoyed our time in Wild Dunes.

Love these grand pavilion bungalows.
We always love staying in the Grand Pavilion bungalows. Having access to the hotel's oceanfront pool/bar is great! The check in process for this particular unit was very convenient. Received everything by email, therefore we did not have to spend time checking in at the hotel or a real estate office. That saved us an hour. The shade trees and porches are so enjoyable. Having the extra room for my husband to work while on vacation and kitchen access is very nice as well.

Great location, Great host, House needs a little TLC
Overall we had a great week. The home is adorable and the location is amazing. We could easily walk to the beach, pools, restaurants, and other amenities. We spent a lot of time on the spacious front and back porches. The floor plan was exceptional and a great use of space. Out host was very attentive and did everything that they could to make our stay great.
However, the home really needs some routine maintenance. All of the exterior doors stuck so bad that even as an adult I had a very difficult time opening them. Locking the was just as difficult. The Ice maker and fridge water didn't work. The host tried to fix it but was un successful. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans are really lacking. I found it quite difficult to cool an actual meal. The shower door is the guest bedroom doesn't close and this caused a good bit of slipping. The bed were horrible in the two main rooms, they dipped in the middle quite drastically and those of us in those rooms all slept horribly. This home has a ton of potential, but it really needs some TLC and updating. The host was great, which is why I gave it a 4.

The cottage is in a great location, You can hear the waves on the back porch! It’s also close to lots of restaurants. And Charleston is only about 20 min drive. Great place to stay, lots to do for the whole family.

Not only close to the beach, it was also close to all the fun activities available at Wild Dunes. We especially liked being close to the two hotels in the community.
