About this house rental
Nestled in Wild Dunes, this charming house for $692 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Advance to Boardwalk! This beautifully updated home is located directly on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk in Wild Dunes Resort and is only steps to the beach, two community oceanfront pools, and a poolside cabana bar./cafe. Spread out in three spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV for streaming, and the cozy living room has a large SmartTV with cable. The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi (Xfinity), and the fully-stocked eat-in kitchen has stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area has seating for 8, and there is a rear porch off the living room with table/chairs for enjoying a meal outdoors overlooking the Boardwalk. Your stay includes access to the two oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools at the end of the Boardwalk, open year-round. Linens and beach towels are also provided, as well as beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella. Your stay also includes access to the following Wild Dunes amenities: •The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course •The Harbor Golf Course •Driving range •Golf lessons and clinics •Tennis lessons and clinics •Sand and Sea Spa •Playground located by the Tennis Center on Backcourt Drive •Basketball court •Miles of bike/walking trails •Grand Pavilion Boardwalk •Bicycle Rentals •Beach Chair Rentals •Crabbing Dock (Located behind Lagoon Villa) •Marina •Fishing charters •Kayak adventures •Paddleboard rentals •Barrier Island Nature Tours •Village shops •Evening entertainment at the Grand Pavilion (seasonal) •Hudson’s Market •Wild Dunes Restaurants (Coastal Provisions and Coastal Crust are easy walking distance) This home is located in a residential community. No house parties or events are allowed at any time. The maximum number of guests and visitors to this home at any time is 8 people. Pets are not allowed, grilling is prohibited, and this is a non-smoking home. Please be respectful of other owners and guests. Please note that some Wild Dunes amenities are seasonal (Boardwalk shops,) or are only available with a club membership or additional fee. Loved the house! Was in a great location - close to the beach, pool, and beach bar/restaurant. Liked the fact there was a cart and chairs for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked! Living area and bedrooms were great!

The home is lovely in a great location. With 3 toddlers it was extremely convenient to everything - pool, ocean and shops. Everything you need they supplied - from fully stocked kitchen to lots of beach equipment. The owner and property manager, Amy were extremely responsive and made sure all needs were met. We would love to return. Very much enjoyed our week at WD.

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook your meals. The two updated bathrooms were very nice. The location was great with a short walk to beach and also short walk to sweetgrass Inn where there’s some restaurants. We enjoyed the beachside bar. It was nice to have beach chairs, a cart and umbrellas in the carport area. One umbrella was broken and maybe the other one as well. We stayed this past June, so maybe by this time there are new ones. The tv downstairs in the living room also wasn’t working too great, I think it was the service, but in general tv was hard to navigate. Overall it was a nice stay and would return to this location. Dealing with the property manager was easy.

We travel to Wild Dunes every Summer while we attend a National Dance Competition. This is been our favorite place so far! The house was clean and in a great location!

After 15 years of returning to Wild Dunes for our annual girls trip, we finally found the perfect home! Advance to Boardwalk is in the perfect location! Close to pool, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars! You NEVER have to leave the complex! Everything is within walking distance. The beautiful row home is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home! The owners have thought of everything down to beach equipment and beach towels!
In addition to the above, the home has 2 renovated baths and a fully stocked kitchen!
Both the owner, Jessica and property manager, Amy were extremely responsive and followed up to ensure all of our needs were met!
We cannot wait to return!

We spent a girls weekend at this property and things could not have been better. It is a lovely home in a fantastic location. Checking in was a breeze and the house had absolutely everything we could need. We did not cook much but the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you would need to make a gourmet meal...dishes, glasses, serving pieces, utensils, etc. The proximity to the beach and the pool was phenomenal. Just a few steps out the back door and it is all right there. And they had everything you would need...chairs, towels, wagon, sand toys, boogie board, etc. Easy 30 minute drive into Charleston. We are already planning to return!

Great location on the Grand Pavilion boardwalk minutes to the beach. Check in seamless. Property manager Amy very responsive and able to resolve minor issues quickly. Property extremely clean, kitchen well stocked and overall decor attractive.

Great family getaway
The house was a great location. The property was clean and dealing with property manager was a breeze. The only downside was that the 1 of the 2 pools was under construction and not useable and there were never clean towels at the pool ( all out of the control of owners).

Thanks! The house was perfect for our family. We were a little disappointed that crews were remodeling the boardwalk and one of the pools was closed. But they seemed to be working quickly so hopefully this construction won't interrupt others.

Great Family Vacay
This is a great property. The furnishings are all up to date and do not show any signs of rental wear and tear. The master bed mattress was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was furnished very well. The only drawback was there is no BIG 10 network on TV and no way to access it. Also the TVs in bedrooms were streaming only and no way to get network channels.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at “Advance to Boardwalk”; the house was well- appointed, clean, and in a great location to the beach, tennis, bike rentals, golf, etc. We enjoyed the Christmas tree for the holidays too!

Our family loved staying here! The location to the beach and pools is super convenient! It looks as pictured and was very clean upon arrival. Christie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We plan on staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean and the bedroom/bathroom layout for perfect for our family. With 5 adults, we all had our own space. Great access to beach and other activities. Highly recommend!

Nice Wild Dunes Boardwalk Location!
Everything with the house was great. Most of resort Itself was shut down due to covid so it wasn’t the resort vacation we were used to but the house was fine and in a nice location on the boardwalk with an easy walk to beach. We have been to Wild Dunes 30+times. This is our second time staying at this property and would again.

Great beach property
Overall we enjoyed this property. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Our family was getting together to celebrate a birthday and to explore Charleston.
Pros: property was clean and had amenities such as towels, dishes, etc. Boardwalk was no more than 150 yards to the beach. There were plenty of games in the living room which was a nice touch.
Cons: not very close to Charleston downtown and historical district. There are not many places near by to dine (was told it’s off season) and many restaurants within the resort are closed.

Celebrating the end of summer
We come to Wild Dunes every year and always try to stay at Grand Pavilion. This home was perfect! Clean, comfortable beds, lots of bath towels, dishes, etc. Only down side was the stores and restaurants had already closed for the season.

Location, Location!
This house was in the perfect location for Wild Dunes. We were steps from the Beach Bar, pools, & beach. Also steps from the boardwalk ice cream shop- which my kids loved! This house had the perfect set-up for my family (3 bed/ 3 bath). We had a great relaxing beach vacation.
