About this house rental
Welcome to 101 Grand Pavilion! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home makes for a perfect vacation spot in the beautiful Wild Dunes community. Situated right in the resort center, this three-story beach house is perfect for your family's need to be close to the beach, pools, activities, and more!
Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an easy layout and beachy décor. The living room has comfortable furniture, a flat-screen Smart TV, and has access to the back porch area. Step out and breathe in the fresh ocean air, the beach is just steps from the deck! The main level is ideal for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family. The dining table offers seating for six with the kitchen only a few steps away. The fully equipped kitchen provides any item a guest may need while on vacation and makes cooking a breeze.
There is one bedroom on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and the fourth bedroom , the master suite, is on the third floor. The first floor bedroom offers two full size beds, and access to a full bathroom with dual sinks and a combination shower/tub. Head up to the second floor where there are two more spacious bedrooms available: one with a king size bed and other with two queen beds. Each bedroom has private bathrooms and a Smart TV (No cable).
The top floor is where the master suite resides. It features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is a Smart TV which also has cable for this room. It also has a private balcony where views of the ocean and Grand Pavilion community can be seen!

**The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August to September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**

This home is amazing. It was a perfect setup for 4 couples and in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

You can't beat the overall location of this rental. You are two minute walk to the beach, the grand Pavilion pools, as well as the shops and other wild dunes amenities. The layout is also amazing and worked very well for our two families with five kids- each bedroom having a dedicated bathroom is a must have.However, for the cost of the rental, the place is due for some maintenance. Minor - The toaster was broken, the refrigerator light wasn't working nor was the ice machine/filtered water on the fridge hooked up, the handle to the porch sticks and is tricky - twice we had people locked on the porch, unable to open the door. Major - the main waterline was leaking for the entirety of the trip. We called maintenance to make them aware - they sent someone to shut off the water main without confirming we were still staying - we called to tell them we were turning it back on, and luckily had the knowledge to do so. The leaking was pretty steady, which made the entire downstairs, wet, musty, and rather frustrating. Wet sand was stuck to all of our beach gear and we had two new boxed games which were soaked through and ruined.
