Nestled in Wild Dunes, this attractive house for $700 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 54 Grand Pavilion: 100 Yards to Beach ! Monthly and longer term off season rental discounts available. Contact for pricing! The Grand Pavilion is the hub of the resort, featuring a AAA four diamond hotel, pools, The Boardwalk Inn, restaurants, deli, small upscale stores, spa and beauty center, golf, tennis, and bike rentals. Everything you want to do on the resort is within walking distance from 54 Grand Pavilion. Our home features a bright and open floor plan, including hardwood floors, spacious master bedroom with sitting area, and ocean views from the Charleston style porches. The porches overlook a 40' x 200' lawn. Beautiful live oaks and native palm trees surround the courtyard. You can relax on the rocking chairs and watch the kids play! The Grand Pavilion pools are just steps from the door and the beach is less than 100 yards - just 30 seconds away. Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet side of the Grand Pavilion. The special features of this home, in addition to its location and ambience, are the spacious living/dining area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides a quiet place to retreat and relax, read a book, watch TV, or just relax on the porch and catch the ocean views and breeze. High Speed internet works throughout the house. Living room and master bedroom TV's also has "Apple TV" for all your streaming needs. All bedrooms have TV's with Roku for streaming. We upgraded the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Up graded baths, furnishings, art, beds, etc. It has always been a very cheerful and comfortable home - and we are excited about the improvements we have chosen. We think our home feels very elegant, modern, relaxing and most important, comfortable! In addition to the master, the home features three additional bedrooms, each with an adjoining bath. The bedroom downstairs features hardwood floors, a queen bed, a TV and shares the hall full bath. The front bedroom upstairs is the same size, has a queen bed and has a private attached full bathroom. The middle bedroom upstairs has twin beds and also has a full private bath. Baby's Away in Charleston can provide cribs and other baby needs , as well as all beach rental items that you may need in addition to what's at the house already. There are plenty of beach chairs , beach toys and games for our guests to use at the house. Summer weeks: June 25 to August 6 are 7nights minimum. Check is is on Saturday during this period. 3 night min the rest of the year, check in on any day. Many of our renters are repeat guests. Great stay for a fabulous weekend wedding for our family friend. Location in Wild Dunes is great....Couple houses from Beach and Pool and easy, quick walk to main Wild Dunes Resort area.

We had a very relaxing trip to the beach for our family of six adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kiychen is wrll equipped including a coffee grinder with drip coffee pot and keurig.
There are views of the ocean from both the upper and lower balconies. The walk to the beach was much closer than the pictures with easy access! We had access to all the resort pools including the pool at Sweetgrass Inn which has a 1 foot pool that is great for toddlers.
We had the best of the quiet beaches in Wild Dunes plus easy access to downtown Charleston. Owners were great and communicated well. This is definitely a home we would like to visit again!

As all other reviews said, the location was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were extremely accommodating. We loved having all the beach chairs there and enjoyed lots of beach time, as well as golf, biking, and tennis.

Thanks Perry for being accessible and very accommodating with information during our stay. The property was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, facilities, and local restaurants at Wild Dunes. Also enjoyed out time at the tennis tournment even though the weather was somewhat foul at times! Will definitely recommend to others and plan to return in the future.

This property has great decorating in a coastal theme providing a very relaxing atmosphere for a vacation or get away. It has ample furniture and the kitchen lacks nothing. The location is very conveniently located near beach, swimming pools and eats. Very enjoyable!

This is our second time staying here and absolutely love this place! If you are looking to stay in a beautiful house at the beach and in a resort setting, look no further. Perry is wonderful to deal with and great at communication. We hope to return in the near future.

A family of 8. We fit perfectly! Steps to the beach. We had everything we needed to make meals at home. Grandma, Grandpa, two couples with two toddlers!! Perry was very responsive. We will definitely try to stay here next year!!

We had a medical emergency that took us to MUSC and the EMS/Firefighters, Police (7 vehicles in total) of IOP/Wild Dunes were fantastic. The walk to the beach was great and felt that it was less than 100 yards. One suggestion that may be considered is to upgrade some of the beach articles such as the wagon and some of the chairs. Also additional bath towels would be great .

Wonderful Wild Dunes escape
We had a good week at this lovely home. Very close to beach and the toys, wagon and chairs were appreciated. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Could have used more bath towels but the full size washer dryer made it no big deal. We had a medical need and MUSC Childrens Hospital was wonderful! All in all a great week of family time and the healing power of God. Will return!! The R’s from Greer SC

Family Retreat
Three families gathered as a group of ten for our summer getaway. Isle of Palms is beautiful. Location of this unit in Wild Dunes is even better. On a courtyard less than a seven iron to the Atlantic Ocean or pool. It is a very well furnished home with ample amenities to suite most everyone. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for meal preparation. Bedrooms were very comfortable. It was a very warm week; however, the home stayed cool with doors opening and closing all day.
Hosts are EXTREMELY focused on your stay. Texts were quickly responded to with pertinent information. Outstanding!
If we revisit Isle of Palms, this would be our choice for lodging.

Perfect getaway!
Loved the location, property was very clean. Property was easy to come in and just enjoy. Short walk to the beach and Wild Dunes swimming pools. We all had a great time! This property gets a 10 of 10.

This was a great experience. The only reason I could not give a five for cleanliness was there were pretzels in the floor (under the pull out mattress) and a dirty mattress cover on the pull out bed (Master Bedroom). It was not that big of a deal. We pick the food up, threw it away, and wash the mattress cover. Everything else was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just perfect as advertised. Perry was considerate and helpful with advice on amenities and restaurants both in the immediate vicinity and Charleston proper. Texted me the door code and garage code. Everything was a breeze. Five of us stayed there though it easily could’ve accommodated 4 couples. We had friends at another place and it was nice being at 54 Grand Pavilion so we could calibrate how much mingling was desired. The place is literally less than thirty seconds from the beach and the balconies had sweet views. We drank coffee out there in the morning. I think people trust a reviewer if they are balanced with pros and cons. I’d be hard pressed to think of cons. Closest I can come to one is I wish the recycle bins in the garage were labeled as we couldn’t precisely tell which was just plastic, which was just aluminum, which was garbage. Different states have different criteria. Probably was on the top and I missed it. Looking inside doesn’t always reveal things clearly. We wanted to do right by our gracious host. Regardless it was a great stay and we’re already talking about going back. We miss Isle of Palms and 54 Grand Pavilion.

Beautiful Beach House
This beach house is close to the beach, pool, Grand Pavilion but still peaceful and quiet. Clean, spacious and fully equipped (towels, kitchen equipment, pool and towel passes, flashlights, bug spray, etc). The owner is very thoughtful, checking in to ensure we could access the property with the code. We would stay here again.

The house is about a 10 minute walk to the Sweetgrass pool and if you have children this pool is a must. There is a splash pad along with two pools and the snack bar/bar have good food and drinks. There is a fitness room in the Sweetgrass hotel that was convenient and the house is a 10 minute walk to the tennis courts and bike rental hut. Perry was a great host and communicator and his detailed information about the home, resort and general Charleston area were very helpful. Perry's restaurant recommendations for Page's and Saltwater Cowboy, in Mt. Pleasant, and Mex One on Sullivan's Island for dinners out were excellent. The house was well appointed with Kitchen utensils, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. made for a great stay. The home was clean, beds comfortable, linens and towels were very nice. If you want a clean house in a great location this is the perfect place!
