If you have to cancel within 30 days of arrival, let us know as soon as possible, and we will re-post the time frame as available for rent. Any portion of that time frame that does re-rent will be refunded to you. If the time frame you have cancelled does not rent by the date your reservation was to begin, then our policy is to revert to the posted cancellation policy which is 50% refund between 30 days of arrival and 14 days of arrival. Because of your options noted above, we do require a personal conversation by phone with all renters, in order to answer any questions you may have and go over details about the condo and the area, before confirming any reservation request.
