Situated in South Beach Miami, this lovely condo for $90 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This condominium is located in the renovated Ocean Walk Condominium (formerly Ocean Walk Hotel) in the world-famous Art Deco District of South Beach. You are within walking/biking distance of all the excitement South Beach has to offer; restaurants, nightclubs, shopping and the famous Lincoln Rd., where you will find outside dining and entertainment, everything. Our cozy, studio condominium has tile floors and cabinets with granite counter. We have a daybed with twin beds, (a pull out to make two twin beds together, purchased at Ikea) You will find our studio comfortable and very clean and newly painted and decorated. It has a pool with access to the beautiful beach. The property sits directly on the beach (direct access). Rental-time periods range from short term (two days minimum) to long term (months), and rates are dependent upon time of year and rental duration. We are licensed by the City of Miami Beach and State of Florida. Parking information will be passed along when needed as you will need to log on to the city of Miami Beach web site to obtain a parking permit for zone 1. (I will assist you with it.). Parking fee for the day is $3.21,

The location was great. The building was old, but clean. The building was a little noisy at times just because the floors are not carpeted and you can hear people in the hallway. No fault to the host just a symptom of an older building access to the beach was great. Parking was an added perk

It was all about the location. Everything you want is within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive. Its a small place but right next to the beach (literally ⛱️) and the main strip.

Everything about our stay here was good. Small unit but clean with everything we needed. Beach, walking, buses, bars and restaurants close by to enjoy. Spent five nights ore-cruise enjoying Miami’s sights and culture. Check in and out was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay without breaking the budget!

This place was perfect for us - we wanted a place to land for 2 days before cruising out of Miami. This is right on Ocean St and backs to the beach. Nice and clean studio sized apartment on the 3rd floor. Trundle style bed, small table and mini fridge all in one room with a nice sized bathroom off of that. All we needed or wanted for our brief stay.. It is centrally located so that we could walk the entire South Beach area to eat and explore. Gary and Maria are super quick in communicating and were wonderful hosts. We hope to return prior to another cruise!

This efficiency apartment is meticulously maintained and was perfect for being in the heart of Art Deco South Beach. Gated pool area and access to ocean walkway to South Pointe Pier. A 15 minute walk to the water taxi for a visit to downtown Miami Bayside Marina area. Would definitely stay again!

Booked thru VRBO which was straightforward. Immediate response accepting my booking. Closer to the time received email regarding checking in procedure. Arrived at property, found key box and went in. First impression was good. The apartment is a little small after pulling the bed out and having 2 suit cases. But dont let that put you off. Shame we never got to meet Gary. Ideal location for the beach. Straight out the back gate, and roughly 5 min walk to Ocean drive night life. I would recommend and definitely stay here again. THANKYOU had a great time

We had a great experience staying at South Pointe. The check in communication was great. The unit was a perfect size for my husband and I. The building was clean and we loved the character. Couldn't have asked for a better location! Close to the beach, lots of great food / nightlife options and shopping. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I completely recommend it! A+ service. We arrived a few gours earlier than expected. Nit sure if the room was ready because we waited for the check-in time anyway. We were told that if we had a car to let them know at least a day ahead of time, which we did. There was a certain place you had to park. Unfortunately the hosts left town and didnt have internet access and were unable to respond to several messages we sent trying to figure out the parking situation. The phone number they gave us went unanswered, yet Vrbo hot through on an alternate number not provided to us. We ended up driving around for close to 5 hours before Vrbo got in touch with the hosts and had them call us to explain how and where to park. Im not even going to review the room because it's irrelevant. The parking and lack of communication with the hosts automatically gives this stay a 1 star for me. I woukd never stay here again and i doubt i will even use Vrbo again. Too much stress for the start of a vacation.

Great basic studio on a older building, the unit it self is small but with everything you need, nothing fancy, very close to everything, beach, park, restaurants, street looks very safe to walk anytime of the day, i will stay here again if i visit South beach on a budget

Location was stellar! This clean compact condo was perfect for a short 2 night stay before hopping on our cruise ship. Safe and quiet neighborhood and just steps from the beach through the access door from the pool. Close to shops and restaurants so no need for a rental car.Highly recommend!

Small and cozy and centrally located. Just steps away from the beach. Nice quiet condo, perfect for a single person or a pair. It has everything you need and the owners are so nice. And a card is included so you can get free rental of two chairs and an umbrella which is key to enjoying the beach. At this price you can afford to stay the whole week!

Our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed the free beach service without having to pay for lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach (a $40 / day value). Everything was within walking distance to all the nightlife and restaurants. Highly recommended and hosts were very professional and responsive.

Very enjoyable start to our trip. The back exit onto beach with complimentary bed/parasol was great. Parking was easy on 4th street and the convenience store covered our needs.

The studio had everything you needed and then some. I am a freak about bugs and this place was as clean as clean can be. The beach is in the back of the building and it is in walking distance to everything. Great location! The only thing that was upsetting which the hosts cannot control was the pool. It was disgusting. Dirt galore and even a can was in it. It hadn't been cleaned my entire stay. I am upset about this is because it was either a balcony or pool to choose from out of a couple places and I wanted a pool to go in but unfortunately I could not go in this one. So if you don't care about a pool,this place is wonderful!!!

Property is a studio.....but has all the basic necessities needed. I loved my stay! Beach was right at your back door! I really appreciated that since I am a Beach Baby. The beach chairs and umbrellas were free of charge. What I found to be most pleasing is the Studio is located between 3rd and 4th Street.....so it's located on the quiet end of South Beach. About 2 blocks from numerous bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay here when I return cause most of all the price is excellent.

We make Miami a destination every year. We lucked out on finding this place. We have stayed in the building before but this third floor place is quiet (no one tromping overhead). The location of the building is far enough from the fray of the liveliness of Ocean Drive activity while still being convenient. Gary is very prompt with communications and very accommodating with small changes to itinerary. The size and amenities are perfectly suited to our needs. The access to the pool and beach are so convenient and the chaise lounges and umbrella and parking were greatly appreciated. We will be making this rental our regular haunt, already booked for next year.

From first impression at check in to check out, we enjoyed our time here! It's literally on the beach! We wanted to be close to the jetty at South Pointe for snorkeling and this was perfect, about 15 minutes walk down the beach. Loved that the complementary beach chairs and umbrella were set up just steps out the back of the building. Very clean, check in was easy, and while it is small, it had everything we needed for a short stay and more!
