Absolutely great unit.Kitchen has pretty much anything you need.Plenty of room for your things, very thoughtful touches throughout. A/C works great, nice starter supply for your stay [papertowels/ toilet paper etc]Host was wonderful before and during stay.Property grounds are peaceful as they are well maintained & good lighting at night. The condo is a gated community and you have a nice pool to enjoy [ not big or deep]BBQ grill if you would like to grill is available. Smoking designated areas outside, good for the smokers.The location is close to everything you need by car or walking. Area is veey walkable. Parked in parking garage off 7th/Collins 20 overnight And in garage off Lennox/ 5th [Total Wine & More/Publix garage] also 20 overnight parking Just a really nice unit and host was absolutely fantastic.

Lovely place - quiet and peaceful. Easy check in and very private. Parking was doable. after the two days - you can park in the public garage for 20 dollars per day.Loved the area, as we have been going to Miami for several years , nice to see the new development. The space and room was nice and very useful. The quietness was a plus!

The property managers were very communicative in advance of the stay, provided detailed information and guidance. The condo was exactly as pictured and was in a great, central location. I wish the pool felt a little more inviting and had more direct sun, but that's no fault of the property or building - just a personal preference.

Unfortunately, we were mostly disappointed with our choice! The few positives: the neighborhood was safe, walking to public transportation and fun areas, were fairly close and we did manage to enjoy some of our stay,overall! The big downfalls to note for us: as we walked in the door, the first thing we saw was a huge dead cockroach (although we saw no signs of anymore), that put us having to be constantly on edge. Next, although we understand the occasional need to access the property, we were disturbed 3 times w/in the 1st mornings, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, w/knocks from inspectors wanting access...of course I had to insist they1st officially notify me, before I could open the door to the strangers, which took even more time...lastly, a completely unfair downfall was, they supplied x2 of us, for x7day stay, a TOTAL of 2wash cloths/4hand/4bath towels...I kindly requested more, given I was led to believe they were there for us, if we needed ANYTHING to make our stay comfortable...as I reached out, I was abruptly informed, they would not be accommodating this request.I expressed, did not think it fair, to expect us, on vacation in thier listed property, to do laundry everyday,to enjoy a daily shower!This lack of attention to detail was a great hindrance for us and we would not therefore, be able to recommend this listing! Being in a state of frustration on vacation, is not what we felt was fair, w/how easy the remedy was for them! 👎
