House was spotless, no issues with check in, very short walk to the beach. The owners clearly take very good care of the property. Will definitely look at renting again.

The house was perfect for our family. I loved that there wasn’t a lot of clutter and that all directions were clear. So close to the beach that our littles had no trouble walking the whole way! Great stay!

The driveway accommodated my truck and my motorcycle trailer as well. The house was clean and tidy as advertised. The location of the house made the beach a short walk. The AC/Heat pump worked well because the temperature fluctuated each day and night, that was a big plus. All in all it was a good comfortable stay.

Location was perfect, space was perfect, and had everything we needed for our family vacation!

This home was even better than listed. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pans and spices. It has a full size washer and dryer in a separate room near the carport which is great, especially for people like us with multiple kids who's laundry can pile up fast on vacation away from home. The location was awesome, it was close enough to attractions to be convenient but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. The oudoor space was very beautiful. I loved being able to sit out under the shaded carport area at the picnic table and to be able to see all the beautiful flowers in the back yard. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, there was zero issues with any part of our stay. Communication with the property owners/managers was really good too! They're very nice, answered my call and questions promptly with no issues. The house is big enough to spread out if you want to but also has nice common areas for gathering, there's plenty of seating at the dining table and in the living room when you choose to all be together. Game night around the table after the beach was a lot of fun. The beds were all comfortable. There was extra blankets & pillows available in closets if you have a bigger group or picky sleepers. The house has a lot of character, the pocket doors on the bathrooms was a neat feature. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already considering another trip and staying at "397 steps" again sometime.

Clean, Quiet, Had everything we needed (children's books in abundance), toys for indoors and beach toys (buckets, shovels, etc.) Kitchen had every appliance, pot and pan we needed. Nice, clean refrigerator and freezer. Easy walk to the beach.

Friendly and prompt in communications. The amenities were convenient even though we did not use them. (Gas grill, dog kennel, etc) The house was tidy. Very nice outdoor area. (Picnic table, decent size yard for being close to the beach) They ask to clean up after yourself (which should be common courtesy on the guests part) but I didn’t notice they ask you to launder the towels prior to departure. I only noticed this when double checking the checkout instructions after I stripped the beds and piled the towels up. My only complaint, and this may not have anything to do with the proprietor, but VRBO instead. I booked months in advance but didn’t receive any type of “check-in” details until a few days prior. I reached out to Robert a week prior to the check-in date and he informed I should be receiving details 3 days before our stay. This may be SOP for these sites as I don’t use them often, but earlier check in communication would be helpful. Overall great stay. Would recommend for families and couples.

Awesome beach property. Had 1 minor issue during the stay and the manager was right on top of the issue within minutes of contacting them. Would rank as an A++. Definitely will look for again if we return to the area on another trip.

The house is very clean and very generously allows pets. It is on a perfect quiet street and so close to the beach. The house does need some TLC (ants outside on the deck railings, gutters need to be cleaned because when it rains, you will get poured on as they are clogged, needs new refrigerator as ice machine doesn’t work and the refrigerator only cools sufficiently on the highest setting). The house is very reasonably priced compared to comparable rentals though and still deserves 5 stars.

The vacation home was everything that was advertised, and more... Very comfortable home that made us feel at home... We really liked short walk to the beautiful beach that was not overly crowded... The short drive to Myrtle Beach was also very convenient... So much to do in North Myrtle Beach... Thank you Mr K. for letting us use your gorgeous vacation home!

Everything was there that we needed except a handicap ramp but the kennel for the dogs made up for it .my niece has cerelpasy and she enjoyed the big rocking chair if you want a place like home but at the beach.,this is the one .thank you for allowing us in your home can't hardly wait till next time

We fell in love with this house. The property was absolutely perfect...from the location to the backyard to the cozy interior. We absolutely plan on returning often. Thank you so much to the hosts for providing such a wonderful experience for my family!!

The two bedrooms had dated but decently comfortable beds, but the futon and pull outs are all but worn out. The home was well stocked with anything we needed from kitchen utensils to household items which made for a convenient and comfortable stay. The walk to the beach is very short and easy, less than a 10 minute walk at a leisurely pace. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, saw some red foxes a few times coming and going through the front yard in the mornings while having coffee on the front deck. We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much and greatly appreciated the host’s hospitality. We would certainly stay at this home again for another long beach weekend.
