Are you looking for a Lakeview unit in one of the best lakefront townhome complexes in North Lake Tahoe? This is it. This unit was the choice of the architect back in 1973 and has been in the family since 1975. The Northshore has one of the best beaches and piers that one can find at Lake Tahoe on 26 acres of land. Renters may access the private beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a large lawn which is all just steps from the condo. The condo is also stocked with HD plasmas which includes premium movie channels, 50 top DVDs and high-speed WiFi. If you're looking for an upscale private and quiet get-a-way with your family and/or friends, this opportunity is tough to beat!

Loved the dining room/ living room area. Made ideal for lounging while others played games and built gingerbread houses at the dining table.
Beds were comfy… the kitchen was stocked with the cookware needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner including a meat thermometer. Enough dishes to set dinner table as well. On negative thing to mention is the kitchen a little small to fit three of us… but we knew that from the pictures.
The immediate area is cute too… Safeway and CVS about a seven minute drive. And we walked the strip that had a bookstore, a few art galleries and consignment stores. Overall had a positive experience.

This condo has a great location with views of the lake. Very quiet neighborhood and wonderful amenities. Close to Tahoe City. Equipped with all the essentials for basic meals. We had a great stay there and can't wait to come back with some friends.

House was cozy and met our needs. Not a fancy place but we were fine with that and was a great price. Was close to places to shop and eat. Great time of the year to go with just missing big crowds for holiday and summer starting. Stayed busy during the day and were only at home to sleep in the evenings. We had a wonderful week. Condo complex has lots of amenities. We took advantage of the tennis courts, swimming pool, bocce ball, private beach with chairs and umbrellas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The layout of the condo allows lots of privacy.

Easy to find. Delightful condo. Lots of stairs. Property is showing its age but it’s well kept up. There for a wedding so we didn’t get to experience any of the outdoor amenities like the beach, pool. (Too bad because the weather was great most of the time!)

Perfect Spot
We wanted a nice quiet spot for our family to enjoy thanksgiving this year and this property was just that! Kitchen was well equipped (plus some) for us to prepare our thanksgiving feast along with the large dining table! Plenty of space for all 6 of us to each have our own space. Easy walk down to the Lake. Beautiful, private, peaceful! Close to grocery store and small shopping area! We all loved it, would recommend and we will be back! :)

This unit is perfect for larger families. 4 bedrooms on 3 levels with a bathroom on each level makes for enough separation to not be on top of each other. We stayed with both our adult daughters and their husbands along with a toddler and an infant. It’s very adequate for a lake/mountain family vacation. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the beach was very nice, you barely need to leave the complex. Could use a new mattress or two, especially on the middle level. Would definitely stay again and the owner was very responsive..

Great location. Loved the coziness of the cabin as a family trip with teenage kids; kept us all together. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with utensils for prep and cooking. Would recommend and go again. The cabin was not clean upon arrival (as an oversight apparently). Got ahold of owner who was apologetic, made things right, and had someone over within a few minutes to change bedding and clean cabin.

While on directly in the water, this unit has great beach access and is close to great shops and restaurants. It’s clean, cozy, roomy, and decently equipped. We had a slight issue with a bathroom and the owner fixed it immediately. Would definitely come back.

Nice place, great location!
Condo has plenty of space and it’s a short walk to a beautiful private beach. Take a stroll at dawn or dusk to see wild rabbits.

Short walk to beach and to pool
The place is sizable so we had so much room. Two adults love to cook and we found the kitchen well stocked and quite adequate for our needs. I collect every kitchen gadget in the world and there was nothing I couldn't find in this condo. It was a lovely SHORT walk to the beach from the condo and even closer to the pool. The deck outside the living room has a great view. We never had to leave for other activities in Tahoe b/c we were well entertained with what the property had to offer. Our son kept asking why we couldn't stay longer.

It was a pleasant trip, although the house was really really hot and stuffy when we arrived. To the point where even with a few hours of the house opened up and fans going, we didn't sleep well the first night, we were so hot. And the mold smell never went away in the entry area. It was really hard to find all the info we needed like where the beach was, parking passes, hoa policies, but eventually we got most of the info we needed. Although some of it was incorrect. But a great location with a wonderful beach, definitely not a block away, but maybe a 10 minute walk away? I usually don't do these reviews or nitpick a site, but a lot of information was incorrect. I didn't measure but I suspect the beds were doubles, or at least felt like doubles. Crazy lumpy mattresses but kinda comfy anyway. We didn't spend a ton of time there, so it was adequate and the patio was nice.

Badly in need of TLC
Great location, BUT the condo is in dire need of basic maintenance and updating. Screens were torn or missing. Window blinds were damaged so you couldn't keep out the hot sunlight. The upstairs gets awfully hot, even with the fan provided! Cold water faucet in upstairs master didn't work, and hot water faucet leaked onto vanity. Downstairs faucets shot out water. The mattresses were lumpy, and bedding very outdated, as is the couch - bring your medicine if you have dust mite allergies! Bedside lamp missing a lightbulb. Not enough knives and coffee cups to serve a meal. Kitchen is ridiculously small - fits one- and refrigerator door can't even fully open. The dining room chairs are well worn and caning torn. It's a hike to the fabulous private beach and wonderful pool. If you have several guests, you have to coordinate your visits, as the one pass provided is the only way to access the pool and beach. The neighborhood and location are great, but until this condo is upgraded, a future stay would probably be more enjoyable in another unit.

Great location... not impressed with condo
The condo is pretty dated. The kitchen is very small and is in need of a new stove. It could also use new silverware. It’s a total of 3 levels.... not a big fan of stairs. When you walk in the front door, to the right is a bedroom and a bathroom that were very nice. You go straight up the stairs and it’s the main living area that consists of a small living room attached to the dining room, but it does have a nice deck, with a gas BBQ and new table and chairs. You go up another flight of stairs to the master bedroom and bathroom. It is very big but it’s very hot up there, and with no air conditioning, it hard to spend anytime up there relaxing. Then there is a down stairs, from the front door. You will find 2 bedrooms and a bath. Not a bad area but you can hear every foot step above you. The water presser in the down stairs bathroom shower is poor. Was very disappointed that out of the 4 TVS in the House only 2 worked.
Overall... the location of the condo is beautiful... it’s just in need of some updating. The private beach is definitely a huge plus.

It was ok
The location was great but the pool was closed (one of the main things we wanted), and it was a long way/walk to the beach. Only one TV worked, the pictures of nice TV's in the bedrooms were just for looks. They weren't even hooked up. The stove was older than me and the pans were sliding off the burners full of hot liquid because they were so crooked (hazardous with kids running around). The master bedroom had no blinds, so it was blindingly bright in the morning. On the positive side, the place was spacious, clean, and the deck/patio furniture and BBQ were very nice. The kids room had a heater, which was very nice too. The downstairs was very chilly.
