ユニバから一駅離れているだけですが、歩ける距離にもあるし、ホテル施設内、スパ、全てにおいて、ゆったりとスペース確保されているのが最高です。

お風呂がとてもよかったです！お部屋も外がしっかり見ることができて癒されました！私は観覧車側でしたが、朝の船の往来などなかなか見ることができない景色でよかったです。

あまり良くないところは見つからないですが、強いていうなら電子レンジが1階意外にもあると嬉しいです！

The best choice for those planning to visit Universal Studios

The hotel has incredible infrastructure, with spacious and extremely clean rooms, and the staff are very friendly. I booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios, and it perfectly met my expectations as it is located right across from the park. The view of Universal from my room was also a fantastic bonus!

The only downside is that while the hotel is very close to Universal Studios, it's quite far from the city center. So, if you're planning to explore the city, this might not be the ideal location.

良かったです

景色が良かった。ユニバが見渡せて、ホテルにいてもユニバを楽しめる感じがした

2人部屋にエクストラベッドを置いてもらったので、窮屈だった。もう少し広い部屋を用意してもらってエクストラベッドを置いても余裕があるくらいが良かった。

Recommend this place great service and people.

Great place couldn’t really stay and enjoy the full amenities. Best place big and spacious. Breakfast one of the best.

Pricing little to high but is worth it.

Great spot if you're visiting Universal Studios.

Close to Universal Studios, comfortable rooms, lovely deck, and big onsen. Airport shuttle was excellent.

Few staff could speak English so it was a little harder than usual to get questions answered. Thanks Google Translate! 🤪

最高！

ホテル内設備が整っていて、雰囲気や家具などもオシャレだった。客室内のタッチパネルから証明設定ができたり、スパのスパ内も清潔でとても快適だった。脱衣所、パウダールームも十分な広さで、シャワーもたくさんあり、混雑している時間帯に利用したが困らなかった。

桜島駅からは直結しているものの、ユニバーサルシティからは徒歩では遠いこと。テラス？が雨の後だったからかソファなどは利用できないようになっていた。

景色が良い Spaが遅くまで使える朝食がとても美味しいチェックアウトした後でもSPaを有料で使えた。おすすめです。

I like how it is clean and neat.

1. Cleanliness of the room (no stinky smell at all) 2. Exactly at a location where the train station is located 3. Many amenities. 4. Sea view is nice.

1. Didn't like the shampoo and conditioner; it makes my hair frizzy. 2. Thankful of the laundromat but for a big hotel, they should provide more in other floors.

The breakfast are so bad. I paid for 3 days of breakfast and used just the first time. Itens are not good at all. So many options and no one we liked and nothing was good for us

Great Stay

The hotel was clean, beds comfy, the breakfast was REALLY good a lot of variety. The staff were friendly. The grounds of the hotel were very very beautiful even the elevator view. Very close to the train. well right across the street. Universal was walking distance but taking the train one stop was better.We could see Universal park from out our window and the elevator window. Quiet

Nothing (food) delivers to the hotel. No-one really spoke English so It was hard to communicate. The restaurant take out pizza was horrible! Do not waste your money. They don't bring your bags to your room and it was very hard to roll suitcases on carpet.
