いつも良いスタッフの方ばかりです。
お部屋の壁など、素敵なお部屋なのにダメージが増えていて悲しかったです。宿泊する側がスーツケースの移動など気をつけて欲しいです。

Room size is good and clean. Environment is good.
Double charge for carpark fee. Take a long period of time to negotiate with them for the refund.

It was the most spacious hotel we stayed at whilst in Japan. We had a whole apartment (corner room suite) it was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Front desk and cleaning staff are trying to help
First, they charge us 800 yen more for tax. Second, web mentioned that they have parking lot but they didn't let us use it, instead they told us to use the one in another hotel, charge us 1000 yen per day and that hotel looks like an abandoned hotel with no electricity. We came back to hotel at around 10 pm and need to go park there but at least front desk gave us an led to shine in the dark.
