This condo is located within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the Village and Meadows Golf Course. Bike paths make it easy to reach the stables, marina, Nature Center and Observatory, and Sunriver's beautiful parks. Skiing on Mt. Bachelor is a 17-mile drive in winter. Inside, you'll appreciate leather furniture, a TV, a gas fireplace, and an open layout perfect for hanging out. THINGS TO KNOW SHARC has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. - location. Cross the small streets and everything from grocery to bike rental to visitor center, gift shop, ice cream shops etc are right there
- well stocked. We should looked into all the closets before buying an expensive sled in Bend. Helmets were also there. Plenty of kitchen items too.
- Generally clean
Cons
- 2 plates stuck together and a crumb was found in one bowl. So we ended up loaded the dishwasher or wash everything before we use.
- Thick dust collected on lamps near the bed. Looked like someone already tried to clean them with damp clothes or similar but little beads of dust were still there.
- 2 out of 5 bikes had tire problem. One (the purple) was obvious, we couldn’t pump it so we left that one home. Another kid one wasn’t that obvious so we took it out and it gotten flatter on the way. So that was a bigger problem that made my kid rather unhappy to bike :/
- Bike pump was definitely needed and spare some time to pump up. Luckily we brought one.
If I could change one thing, it would be to go ahead and rent the bikes. Save time and sweat on calming my kid (and myself) down from pumping and the flat tires later on.

Comfortable, great location
Great location right by village and grocery store. Great back deck and grill and a good selection of bikes. Kitchen well stocked, especially for stovetop meals.

We enjoyed the location and amenities (bikes/kitchen) in the condo. As noted by other guests, the upstairs unit is extremely loud and the walls are thin leading to early wake ups. We could hear everything above us. The carpets were stained and the bathrooms could be updated. But overall a great location and Sunriver was a fun spot to visit.

We enjoyed the location and amenities (bikes/kitchen) in the condo. As noted by other guests, the upstairs unit is extremely loud and the walls are thin leading to early wake ups. Great location
We loved staying at this condo. Everything was really nice and the location couldn't be more perfect. There were tons of bikes to choose from and a backyard for the kids to play. The people above were a little noisy but that's to be expected with a condo. We will definitely book again.

Very disappointed finding out that the so called included sharc passes came with this property to find out Day of arrival that the sharc pool wasn't available until the Saturday we were leaving and it was online reservations that was a totally mess, talk about two of my grandson's disappointed, sunriver has gone done in the tubes.

This home was great for our family. Cozy and warm in a good location. As others have noted, noise from upstairs is a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. Bikes and BBQ were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. For a family home, I would prefer some twin beds, but everything was comfortable.

Arrived at the property only to find it filthy dirty. Carpet had food debris in living room and dinning room. Sliding door window dirty hand smears. Shower doors dirty. Coffee table dirty. We had no other options for accommodations that late in the day. So we spent an hour cleaning just so we could bring in our things and start our stay. Considering it states they take great care in cleaning and sanitizing due to covid this place was a dirty disaster. Which is too bad cause its a great location.

Everything went well, the only problem was that we were missing the #7 sharp pass on arrival. I notified the office immediately but one was never brought to us to replace it.

The carpets need to be vacuumed more thoroughly. There were lots of "bits" that should have been vacuumed up. Also, there was a dead spider on the dining room table and one over by the fireplace. There was a spider web and live spider in the opposite corner in the living room.
The neighbor upstairs keeps odd hours - getting up at 4:00 in the morning, etc. There needs to be more insulation between the floors.
There were 6 SHARC passes, not 8 as the interior sign said. We called and reported that 2 were missing so as not to be charged for the loss.

Great Location!
You can’t beat the location! Right next to Village and just a short walk to the Lodge.
Only drawback is that you can hear the neighbors walking/stomping around upstairs. Never heard the neighbors next door though. Just turn up your white noise to block out the upstairs noise.

Family time in between basketball tournament
We come over this way for a basketball tournament ever year for the last four years. We decided to book this condo instead of a hotel this year. It was great! The check in and check out process was a breeze. The communication was great. On our way over, we found out early check in was available. How cool! We were able to stop by the condo first and unload our stuff, before heading to the gym. The condo itself was very cozy and inviting. It was nice to have a backyard for our son to play in. My husband and son even built and igloo! The location was great. It was about a 2 minute walk over to a little grocery store and the whole rest of "The Village". On our last day there, we used the SHARC passes that were provided with the rental. That was a great bonus. We really enjoyed the swimming, hot tub and tubing. We are already talking about planning a time we can come back. :)

Close to SunRiver Village a plus
Stocked kitchen supplies, grassy backyard area to play, and proximity to the SunRiver Village were nice. I was appreciative of your the high chair, but it was old and missing the tray so of little use.
There is little insulation to soften the noise from the upstairs unit, so earplugs might be a nice touch to mitigate noise.
Would also be good for the emailed checkout instructions to be the same as what is in the unit.

Dirty towels left in washer, both tv’s not working, toaster not working people upstairs sounds like their coming through the floor with all their running around. But will visit Sunriver again. Beautiful place.

Sunriver Soccer getaway
We loved the condo with the amenities, just wish with our soccer schedule we could’ve gotten to enjoy it a bit more. 3 beds with lots of room. Bikes were a plus and water passes were great!

The house was great, had everything we needed. Having the extra bikes, a nice patio, and BBQ, we’re great to have. The only issue we had was with the people upstairs, the kids running around at 6 am or earlier. Other than that everything was great, and close to anything you could need.

Great Home for Family
We loved our stay here in central Oregon. This condo is right next to the main Sunriver grocery store with the bike paths right behind. There are restaurants and stores right there in the main area as well. The bikes were in great condition and we were able to go all over Sunriver on them together. I loved the variety in bike sizes for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was awesome. They had a good supply of kitchen, laundry, and bathroom items.
The floors are a bit thin so we did hear the people upstairs and there were many people in and out until early hours of the morning slamming doors, but that probably depends on who is staying there at the time of your visit.
Overall, it was a very relaxing stay in a great location. We'd stay there again.
