Located in Balboa Peninsula, this lovely condo for $379 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Completely Remodeled 3 bedroom (sleeps 7 in beds or 8 with the couch) 2 bath lower unit. One house from the ocean! 1 parking spot Walk to beach, restaurants, bars, Fun Zone & Balboa Ferry. Hot Summer Months...No Problem! We have Central Air!! This listing is for a 3 bedroom 2 bath lower unit, only one house from the ocean! Location allows immediate walking-distance to the beach, bike paths, several restaurants & bars, the pier, the Balboa Island Ferry, the Catalina Flyer and shopping in the Balboa Village area. You really couldn't ask for a more central location! It features flat screen TVs, Direct TV, updated kitchen & appliances, a fireplace and fresh new decor. The home features a pleasant open floor plan that spans the kitchen, the deck and the dining area. Perfect for entertaining! The kitchen has lovely counter-tops, a microwave, new fridge, new dishwasher and everything you need to cook "at home". . The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, closet and adjacent bathroom. The second has a full size bed with a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Washer and Dryer in garage for each unit. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels available for guest use. Beach towels must be laundered and put away otherwise our cleaner charges additional fees to launder the beach towels. Parking? Not a problem!! There is a shared garage, so each unit has one parking spot in the garage. Extra Cars? Please keep in mind the beach is very busy, but if there is a spot open it is free parking in front of the house (no meters). There are also two beach parking lots behind the house that you can park at for a fee. Small pets are welcome, but guests are advised to clean up after their pet to avoid any city code violations. Check out all properties at dube vacation rentals!!! Very convenient key pad entry access on garage door for garage entry and key pad access on unit door for entry into your unit. Garage door provided as well for your stay for easy access to park your car. We are available by cell phone and email anytime with all questions before your arrival. Once you arrive you may contact us anytime with questions. We don't ever anticipate having issues at the property, but guests can contact us 24/7. Walk to beach, restaurants, bars, Fun Zone & Balboa Ferry. Park your car in the garage and you can bike or walk to any area In Newport. We loved our stay and Michelle was great at answering questions and making sure we were ok if problems came up. We hope in the future we can return and enjoy the property again.

The beach house is beautiful and so close to the beach. The house was clean and images on vrbo matched exactly what we got. Restaurants , shops and many fun things to do within walking distance. We loved our stay and Michelle was great at answering questions and making sure we were ok if problems came up. We hope in the future we can return and enjoy the property again.

Perfect location, beautiful home
The house was a perfect fit for our family. The description is spot on. The photos made the rooms look smaller than they were. The master was very spacious and while the other two rooms were small they had good sized closets and plenty of drawers and space for sleeping. It was a quiet neighborhood with minimal noise from the street, especially at night. Having a garage and washer and dryer was a life saver with kids. The home was beautiful inside and out and so close to the beach and park for our toddler to walk to. We didn't even pack diapers most of the time, as it was easier to go home for a change! There were restaurants and coffee shops near by. We took the bikes up to the north side of the peninsula, which seemed much more crowded. So for us the quiet and empty beaches was a major perk of this location. Minus a few decorations, that we just put in a closet until we left, the house was fairly toddler friendly and easy to keep him safe in.
I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for a peaceful retreat!

It is everything we wanted. The pictures are exactly what you get!
We will be renting this place again! We love the location and all the Resturants, shops and bars in walking distance. My kids enjoyed how close we were to the ocean. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and she gets back to you quickly.

Amazing vacation home!
My family had a wonderful time staying at this beach home! The home is very nice, clean, and in a terrific location. The location is perfect for families... quiet, safe, and in walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, and lots of other fun activities. The owner, Michelle, provides all the fun things you need to enjoy the beach, like bikes, toys, chairs, etc. She is very professional to work with, and quickly responds to all communication. I would highly recommend this specific home & working with Michelle. We will definitely be returning!

Nothing to write home about
We rent homes in the area about 3-4 times/yr and this 1 was not high on our list of repeats. 3 small bikes for 2 units, no locks for the bikes. Very small kitchen with little to no linens or blankets....very few utensils and small living area. ad is very deceptive and your patio is on a main thoroughfare.
to top it all off owner called about a broken gate that was completely rusted out and asked if we had broken it......very unfair and wrong.....also left at 12pm and was rushed out because it waa being rented that same day....very poor customer service!!

Best Family Vacation We Ever Had!
This property is clean and well appointed inside! I was so impressed by all the small things that were available to us with this house, we wanted for nothing.
We have stayed in other rental properties along Newport Beach but this was defiantly our favorite by far. You can walk to the beach in minutes and we walked around the Balboa Fun Zone many times just to watch the boats go by in the evening. All and all we had a great time and I would give this property a 10 star review if I could.

Fantastic location, wonderful owners, perfect stay!
From start to end, Michelle was so pleasant and wonderful to work with. She made this an easy and more than accommodating experience. We had a wonderful stay with our kids and my mom, the only downside was the time went to quickly, we wanted to stay longer.
The location is perfect for families or anyone who enjoys being close to the beach and the bay, close to restaurants and a short bike ride to the store. We stayed in the lower unit and couldn't have been happier with it. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Great location.....great rental
Close to anything and everything you need. Food, groceries, boats and of course beach. Bring your fishing poles, free fishing off the pier.....my son caught 10 fish in 3 nights of fishing. House is great, has everything you need. This is our 2nd time renting here and will be back again ASAP. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Best rental on the peninsula. Owners were great....checked up on us via messaging every couple days.

My family Of 6 loved the vrbo very clean well appointed and comfortable , 1 st floor was great for our 2 granddaughters 2.5 and 5 patio in front with wrought iron fence was very nice. I would recommend this rental in a heartbeat 5 stars

Perfect location!
Well decorated, clean, comfortable and nice layout. The beach and park are actually closer than they look in this picture. We didn't use our car most days. Variety of restaurants on the beach and off. Shopping on Balboa Island. Quick drive to Disney. John Wayne airport 20 minutes. 30 minute drive to Laguna Beach.
We had a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 7). It was a perfect vacation spot for us.

Wonderful location, close to everything
Loved the property, condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. The location was so good we never moved the car. Took the ferry to Balboa Island and the Catalina Flyer to Avalon. Beach is only a block away and great restaurants within walking distance when you don't feel like cooking. Thanks Michelle.

Beautifully remodeled home! Great for a family vacation!
Everything about our stay here was wonderful! The house is very close to a beautiful beach. We loved playing in the waves on the boogy boards and walking along the beach. The house is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. The home is located a very short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, a post office, a pharmacy and so much more.
