Why settle for less when you can have the best? The pinnacle location in all of Newport Beach. Beautiful sunsets and awesome panoramic views await you from this Newport Beach, oceanfront location! Just steps from the Newport Pier on the boardwalk, in summer, winter, spring, or fall, this Non-Smoking, oceanfront duplex is definitely all about location, vacation, rest, and relaxation. Newly remodeled with upscale furniture and fine art. Treat yourself to million dollar views in a amazing setting. Enjoy breakfast or a family barbecue on the huge enclosed deck of the upstairs unit in the summer and watch the dolphins swim by or on a winter's morning enjoy your view of Catalina Island. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a high end Cariloha mattress, and the second room also has a queen size bed. There is a fold-up rollaway twin bed if needed. Two sets of double French doors open up to the rather large deck. The downstairs unit Listing #430032 offers an equally amazing view to be enjoyed from a patio and on a beautiful winter's night - why not listen to the waves as you enjoy a cup of hot chocolate by the woodburning fireplace. This unit offers the same sleeping arrangements as the upper unit. A sliding glass door opens up to a patio area and a barbecue right on the boardwalk. If we don't have availability in the Upper we may have in the Lower. Walking distance from great restaurants, live music, and shops in the heart of the Peninsula. If you are looking for activities, there are plenty to choose from - boogie boarding, surfing, check out the World Famous 'Wedge,' sailing, boat rentals, whale watching, Catalina Island, the Balboa Fun Zone, Fishing, shopping at Fashion Island, and more. This rental is just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and many other tourist attractions. Many of our guests return year after year. Truly an amazing place to retreat to and a wonderful place for kids year round. Awesome location to see the waves crash on the beach and watch people go by on the Boardwalk. Located at the center of Newport Beach beach life. Walking distance to pier and many good restaurants. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen made for a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Loved it! We have never walked into a cleaner property or hotel room. The host was wonderful. Answered our questions and was very kind. Kids loved the beach we strolled the down. Even our favorite board game, we sat on the deck and played. We will be back!

The location was perfect, walk across the boardwalk and we were at the beach. Super close to lots of restaurants. We had a small issue with the shower draining and it was taken care of within hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Doug was great - super communicative and very clear and detailed check-in instructions. He was available anytime I had a quick question. His place is very clean and the location is perfect. Some nights walked to our meals and other nights we ordered in and had meals on the deck outside with the perfect view. My kids loved having the deck and beach as their backyard. This is our new spot - already booked another stay.

Very comfortable clean home in a perfect location. We parked our car and did not move it for 4 days, Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Excellent communication with With Doug.. We really enjoy our anniversary, and would definitely book again.

We have stayed in Doug’s beach house 4 summers now, it has become a summer tradition for our family. The location cannot be beat, the upstairs deck is nothing short of amazing. Coffee watching dolphins, wine watching the sunset. This is the perfect place to park, unpack and relax. You don’t have to drive anywhere. If you have teens, they’ll love you for booking here. They have a safe home base, we can relax as parents while they swim, ride bikes, play volleyball, and explore. Thanks for another perfect stay Doug!

We had such a fabulous time! The location can't be beat. The view is spectacular! We saw whales, dolphins, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and amazing people watching! The access to all of the local activities, the boardwalk, beach and restaurants gave us plenty of things to do with the teens while we were there over Spring Break, even when the weather was a little chilly and windy. We were a little worried that it would be too cozy for all of us when we were stuck inside but we were pleasantly surprised as it felt pretty spacious. There is a roll-out bed which worked out great so the teens didn't have to share a bed. The property owners were incredibly accommodating and lovely to work with. Highly recommend this property!

We loved it here! The windows kept a nice breeze blowing through, and we could leave the doors open. It was super clean! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked.
It's next to the main pier and dozens of restaurants, yet it isn't chaotic at all. The deck is amazing!! Met the owner and property manager and they were just delightful.

This is a great property. The view of the sunsets from the deck were incredible. The location is also great. Nice restaurants and bars just around the corner, beach equipment rentals just down stairs. The unit itself was super clean and well equipped with everything you might need to cook a meal. Check in and check out are both simple and easy. Doug is a great host. Told me all I needed to know, was helpful and easy to do business with.
I hope to stay here again.

The location and views are amazing and you can't beat the price. I have to say Doug went out of his way to give you a call and explain how to get to the location, as well as how to park. Parking was a little tight but we made it work out. Anytime I needed to ask Doug a question he would either call or text, very nice and helpful. I would recommend this location 100%, it is spaces for the amount of people we had staying with us. You have easy access to EVERYTHING, that's what you want when you have little ones. We will definitely book again. Thank you for all the memories we were able to make on this family trip. Can't wait to book again!!! 💞

Fantastic location!
This two-bedroom upper level rental is very comfortable and is in a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent, and check-in could not have been easier. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of towels (including nice, big beach towels). The view from the outside seating area is amazing, and there is also a great view from the living room. The shower is big and there is plenty of hot water. The beds are comfortable and the mirrors are much appreciated (so a person can finish drying their hair, etc. to free up the bathroom). The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness is that the outside area had not been wiped down, and I felt bad using a beach towel to wipe the grime off of the banisters, table, and chairs (I suspect I was the first renter in a while; my stay was mid-March). Everything else was great!
