- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours to ensure a comfortable stay for neighbors and fellow residents.

4. ENJOY THE HOME
- You'll have full access to the private Unit B.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own.
- The outdoor area and beach amenities are shared with the guests at the other units
- For everyone's security, please don't share access codes with anyone outside your reservation.

6. TRASH & CLEANLINESS
- Please dispose of waste properly and avoid leaving trash inside at checkout.

- Walk up the stairs to the back of the property
- Unit B is the first door at the top.
- The key is stored in a lockbox attached to the door.

2. TO UNLOCK THE DOOR
- Open the lockbox and retrieve the key.
- Turn the key to the left to unlock the door.
- Push the door to enter.

3. TO LOCK THE DOOR
- Lock the door upon exit.
- Return the key to the lockbox.
- Scramble the code.
