The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with direct entry into the 2nd bathroom. A twin daybed with a pull-out twin are in the bonus game room, along with a Ping Pong table, and board games. The fully appointed kitchen has an electric range, a new fridge, new appliances, & microwave. You will also find all pots, pans, utensils, & dishes, basic condiments for a vacation stay. Living room has a smart TV, and WI-FI is provided. Washer and Dryer are in doors. Enjoy the crisp ocean air & listen to the buoys bells while enjoying the private deck. parking for Two cars in driveway. Beach access: a 3+ block walk to the beach or short drive to many others. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The decor was perfect! Loved everything about the house!!!! Property Management Ron Reel was great to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

We had the most spectacular time celebrating the 4th of July holiday at this beautiful coastal property! The home was very accommodating for our family, which includes three small children. The whole process, including check-in and communication was smooth and stress free. We hope to visit again soon!

Clean and new! Property close to the coast where the beaches were quiet. Perfect for a family getaway. Had to peel the kids away from the ping-pong table and they loved “their area” of the house. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time to reconnect with family!

Great house!

Super cute house, beautifully updated! Amazing deck and lots of space to hang out. Less adult sleeping space than anticipated for search filters used when booking. Not ideal for 3 adult couples-would have been perfect for two couples and kids.

Ashberry by the Sea was recently remodeled and well apportioned. The peak a boo view of the Chetco Bay was convenient to sampling ocean conditions. Limited pictures of the property and furnishings left some details to imagination. We had Plenty of space for our stay. While accommodating upto 10 as advertised is possible, being a cot and sleeping bag If more than two couples are in your party. Rosalie with Pacific Ocean Properties was prompt with communications.

The location is wonderful, with three beaches and downtown Brookings all within a one-mile radius; you can catch sight of the ocean between the neighboring houses. There’s a lot of space in the house, and the wide breakfast nook is really useful. Tons of games in the bonus room. The clawfoot tub is, in a word, awesome, with plenty of hot water to fill it, though the shower portion wasn’t very functional. That said, there were some issues. Every time the heat cycled on, the ceiling duct blew first cold then warm air directly onto the bed. WiFi was iffy (there was an EXT connection but the password didn’t work for it); the instructions for the TV were for a different system. I found dealing with the property management to be challenging (for example, I thought the 6-page rental agreement was unusual). This seems to be a new rental, so probably these issues will be smoothed out soon.
