This is privately owned vacation rental located in the Santa Rosa gated community on the grounds of the Historic La Quinta Resort and Club, has mountain views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king & ensuite bathroom with double sink, the second bedroom, a queen and the third bedroom, two twin beds. Our guests enjoy tennis facilities, 3 golf courses, extensive gardens, swimming pools, and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation and/or groups of golfers, tennis players, bikers, hikers, rock climbers, equestrians, shoppers and other vacationers. The restaurants, shops, swimming, tennis, golf center are just steps from your front door. With a one level open floor plan and cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area you can relax in a casual atmosphere that is equally suitable for families and entertaining. Directly across just a few steps out from your outdoor dining patio, you will find a shared private pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. There are also three private Santa Rosa Cove courts available at no extra charge. Living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE. TV's in two main bedrooms. All three TV's connected to cable. Fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet chef, Coffee machine, quality sharp knives, and cocktail equipment. Laundry Room w/washer, dryer, iron. Turnkey furnished (including linens, towels, beach towels, tennis racquets, three mountain bikes, swimming pool float sticks, swim toys. You can walk to all the facilities, including two golf courses, Spa La Quinta and the Resort's Plaza which has both indoor and outdoor dining and great shops, plus a news stand/gift shop where you can pick up a coffee or smoothie along with your newspaper. {Please note, large vehicles are not permitted on property by our HOA - thus no party buses, large vans, etcs. } Truly SMALL PETS CONSIDERED. The stay at Alfredo’s was perfect. Everything was as described and the pool was a stone throw away. The views were amazing. The gated community very safe and friendly. The master bedroom was very cosy and the bed unbelievably comfortable. Could not fault the property. Will definitely stay again if we are planning a desert getaway. Thank you!

This property was beautiful. Very clean, local, quiet, and comfortable. I had a couple of minor changes and the owner worked with me. A slight problem with the air and he was right on it. I highly recommend this home and will definately be booking it again.

The property is in a great neighborhood close to the pool and good lighting for walks at night. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner is wonderful and he responds to questions quickly. It’s a great place!

Our stay was wonderful! The location of this property could not be better. The pool is right outside off the patio and is secured well so it’s not scary with little ones. It is right behind the La Quinta resort so you can easily walk over. Highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future!

So nice for the grandkids that the pool was steps from the back door and that LA Quinta Golf and Spa was so close too. A lot of room for everyone. Everything you might need and extras such games, bikes, pool toys, lots of kitchen dishes/utensils/spices. Three TVs with nice streaming. Even a smart TV which was smarter than I am. Ha

Alfredo’s place was perfect for our family weekend. The layout was great, very spacious, fully stocked, and in close proximity to the wedding we were attending at the resort. The bikes and pool toys were a really nice added bonus too. Thanks for a great stay!

This home and its proximity to the La Quinta Resort worked out perfectly for our needs. The beds were comfy, everything was excellent. The host was responsive. We look forward to renting this home again in the future.

We loved the rental, it had everything we needed for our family of 4. The corner unit steps from the pool was ideal. We were also walking distance from the resort, yet it was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings and mornings. Alfredo was very responsive to our requests and handled everything in a timely manner. We hope to have the opportunity to rent from you again :)

This was our 2nd time at this property and we had just as much fun. We've stayed at the resort 20+ times, but this is a much more comfortable way to enjoy La Quinta (with a large family) while still having access to golf, pickle ball, restaurants, the spa, and a pool within 20 feet of the back door. We will be back soon!

Great Property. As seen in photos had great mountain view, and the fenced in pool clean and beautiful for us to enjoy w/ our grandson. House layout was comfortable, we all commented we'd comeback to it. Kitchen was well stocked.

Two friends and I stayed at Alfredo’s condo for 4 days, to get away and relax. They property was very clean, quite & comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, end unit on a corner, steps to the pool. There were all kinds of games to play, pool toys, bikes etc. and the best part was Alfredo, he was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

We love the La Quinta area and were excited when we came across Alfredo's place on VRBO - the location was perfect (both in terms of where it's situated in La Quinta Resort, but also being directly across from a pool). Alfredo's house had everything we could possibly need, it was clean, everything worked well, and Alfredo was an exceptional host. I would not hesitate to recommend Alfredo's house to anyone, and we hope to be back next year!
