Located in Phoenix, this lovely condo for $130 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean. The unit has been completely remodeled with granite counter-tops, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and completely new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds. The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of down town Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay, everything is exactly as pictured in the listing. Easy check in. Great communication from the owner. The apartment was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. We used the hot tub and pool which was very nice.

My family and I visited my son in Phoenix this past weekend and your condo was a huge part of an amazing experience. Communication with Tracy was immediate and appreciative. The condo had everything we needed plus more. The description of the condo was very detailed and the reality surpassed my expectations. We will definitely be booking with Tracy and her husband again.

We had an amazing 3 week stay in the condo. It is VERY clean, and had everything we needed! The property manager is great! The owner is beyond fabulous and very accommodating. Fantastic will be back again next year hopefully my grandson loved the pool and baskets of toys .Loved the view from the balcony and walks through the property.The owner responded quickly and was very helpful.Thank you Tracy !

Great place that was accurately described in the ad and very nicely stocked! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!! One note - it’s not noted in the instructions but the condo is down around the corner and up the stairs by the pool. That was a little confusing when we first arrived and were trying to find it.

This was our first VRBO and it was a great experience! The owner quickly responded to my questions and was so thoughtful. Instructions for getting in the unit and closing it up were detailed and accurate. We had just about everything we needed and was very comfortable and homey. The property is quiet and the community residents were friendly. The only drawback was the parking. The one reserved spot is as close to the unit as you can get which is great, but if you have an additional vehicle, parking is a bit more challenging. We always found a spot but was usually a bit of a walk. We would definitely recommend or book again in the future.

We had a great stay! My husband and our friend that cam in from Tennessee went into the hot tub every day for a long soak. We went hiking 3 days out of the week that we stayed and the location was perfect for all of the stuff we wanted to do. We went grocery shopping and there was most everything we needed to cook and bake in the house. So that was great. I would recommend this place to my friends and family We had a wonderful time! This was the perfect location for my family to stay while in Phoenix for Christmas. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and it was nice to be so close to North Mountain for a hike. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Phoenix.

We came to visit our son at GCU. This was a great vrbo! Good proximity to the university and all of our activities. Very clean and quiet. The vrbo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condominium complex seems very well kept. Pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing! Check in and out was a breeze. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
