Nestled in Key Largo, this attractive house for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located in Kawama Yacht Club, a secure gated community with a peaceful island feeling. Our townhouse was renovated 6 months ago and has a fully stocked kitchen. This location also comes with floats to float your cares away in the lovely salt water lagoon. Our bathroom has double shower heads to take a relaxing shower. The master bedroom has a new foam mattress and yummy pillows. Both balconies have chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail at night. There's also a washer/dryer and out door BBQ. Located in the heart of Key Largo, Kawama Yacht Club is a tropical island paradise of over 22 landscaped acres and is a self-contained vacation spot. You can snorkel in our three-acre salt water lagoon, swim in one of our two heated pools, or hop on our golf cart and bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunrises or sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort boasts a new playground and tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina where you will have free use of the boat ramp and where renting a boat slip is an option. No boat? No problem! Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Kawama is close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way.

If you are looking for a quiet location with all amenities within a short distance - this is your location. Condo was well equipped with easy access to Route 1, shopping etc, yet on the end of a quiet residential street. Property has lovely pool, tennis courts, etc. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Host offered many great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Pictures always make a space seem larger but overall plenty of space for 4 adults as long as someone sleeps on a top bunk or couch. Glad to have washer/dryer there. Would happily book with this host again!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and well laid out for a family, with showers in both bathrooms. We loved the lagoon, the pool right out the back door, and golf carting to catch the sunrises and sunsets. Everyone we met on property was welcoming. Highly recommend.

The unit is as pictured and described. Our family of four had a great stay. The owners are super helpful and attentive. They even sent a brand new kayak while we were there. The lagoon is a great tropical swim and kayak area - more exciting than the pool. We look forward to returning in the future.

This was such a great place for us to stay. Just off the main road, nearby so much that we did. We loved having the golf cart to head over to the jetty for him to fish. We would definitely return. Plenty of towels, both beach and bath. We loved it! Great hosts as well! Thank you for helping me make a memorable trip with my son for his graduation from hs. Appreciate it.

We LOVED everything about this property. The location was fantastic, it was a fully stocked/ functioning unit with everything we wanted or needed and more! We were very pleased. Would definitely return. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and even was able to accommodate early check in which was awesome! The golf cart was amazing to have to drive around the property with and to enjoy sunsets! Very pleased! 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at the property over spring break with our two boys (6 and 7 years old). The boys loved the house and we had fun on the golfcart. The bunk beds were perfect and the pools and lagoon were a hit. Communication was easy and we can't wait to return!

We had a very nice stay Dec. 21-26. The condo was as pictured and described and was very clean and well furnished. The check in and check out process was very easy and seamless. The host was very quick to reply to my texts during our stay and he gave me recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The only item I would fix is that the tv in the master bedroom did not work. It's not hooked to the cable in the rest of the unit and we could not get it reset to work as a smart tv. Overall we were very happy with the condo, the host, the location and our stay in Key Largo over the Christmas holiday.

Older unit, great location. I think the golf cart needs battery attention. Charged overnight for 3 nights barley made it back from the point. All was good even provided perfect weather.

We had a great time staying at this property. The place was just as expected and it had stocked amenities! The point past the marina (short ride in the golf cart) was a breathtaking surprise! Perfect spot to watch the sunrises and sunsets!

Our stay was for a family wedding. Property suited our purpose even though it was missing an ironing board, MB tv did not work, and we had to disconnect the chirping smoke detectors.. Property is dated but suited our visit.

We had a great time staying in Kawama. The townhouse was nicer than listed. The cart is a must have and was so nice to take to the marina. If your traveling with a boat make sure you reserve a slip as the ramp is tide dependent. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.
