An open space concept where contemporary style merges with the cozy comfort of a bungalow. The property boasts a fantastic outdoor space with a warm fire pit to sit around, propane grill, and outdoor dining. The bungalow is recently remodeled with an all new kitchen with new appliances, bathroom w/beautiful marble tiled shower, new windows, washer and dryer, and marble floors throughout. Plus, get fantastic sleep on the brand new Luxury California King Saatva mattress. The bungalow is a separate guest house on the property - the owners friend reside in the front home. Guest have their own fenced private outdoor space and entrance accessed via the alley. The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear. Less than walking distance to downtown, whiskey row, restaurants & shops, museums, elks theater, farmer's markets, microbreweries, and antique shops. Short drive to: hikes, mountain bike trails, lakes, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle. Owner adjacent.

The place was in a perfect location to Whiskey Row and Courthouse. It was super clean, nicely decorated and had all amenities. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Love to stay again

This is our 4th stay at this property and we love staying here. It has all the amenities, and a cute garden, and the location is perfect for access to the courthouse square. It made the perfect Fall break from school.

Everything was great. This is a short walk to downtown, and the property was very clean, well provisioned. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Such a cute little spot. It was difficult to find at first but a neighbor was very helpful. I definitely will be booking this place again in the future. All the accommodations were very thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and cookware, the bed was nice and comfy and it even had a nice outdoor area with a fireplace. I especially liked the little garage to park in. Prescott isnt the best when it comes to parking.

This bungalow was in the perfect location to walk around the cool town/Whiskey Row of Prescott. The king size bed was comfortable and the bungalow was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was easy to contact and it was very nice to have a garage. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights at this cozy property located a block or two from Whiskey Row. Such a great location, equipped kitchen, comfy bed and private garage parking. Great stay for a fun couple days in Prescott!!

I enjoyed this rental and you can tell the owners payed attention to making the furnishings and décor cohesive and comfortable. It was walking distance to everything I wanted to do in town, including groceries, bookstore, vintage shops and I only had to get in my car to go hiking each day. The only reason I didn't give this rental 5 stars is the outdoor area. More attention to cleaning up the patio/bbq spot and fire pit. It didn't feel welcoming like the rest of the apartment did. Overall, well done and I would stay there again.

If you want a fantastic place to stay close to downtown Prescott this is it. So many great restaurants, bars, small shops, and local antique stores within walking distance. Hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, whatever you want are so close it's ridiculous. Very pet friendly. Our little puppy girls love this place. The hosts do a great job making sure your stay is the best possible. I recommend this place highly. This is our go to place in Prescott.

Very close to downtown Prescott Courthouse, shopping, dining, and Whiskey Row. Secluded and quiet back alley location just a block from the main road. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, cozy living room, super comfy bed! Highly recommend short or long term.
