The view was good and the flow of the space was nice. What really turned us off was the leak from the kitchen sink that dripped down into the bedroom below. Reached out the first day of our stay for it to be addressed. Received emails saying management has been notified. The issue was never resolved during our stay. We were out one bedroom so one of us had to sleep on the couch. We were also unable to use the kitchen sink which was inconvenient. Not sure I’ll be renting through Vacasa again.

Held our annual "girls" trip here and we will be back. House had wonderful view of ocean for being across the street. Not just a peek, but full on view across all front windows. Saw some people wrote about the house heating up from sun - we went in October so sun was welcomed. I could see how a ceiling fan would be a good idea in the living area. The hot tub was nice, clean and easy to use. The parking was a bit tricky - if you have a large vehicle, you might want to walk up driveway to look at turn around space. We pulled just partially up the driveway and backed down to get out. All in all it's a great house. Working with Vacasa was great as well.

We enjoyed our time at this property! When looking there were so many options, this fit with some of our important criteria; ocean view, hot tub, kids entertainment... but came with a fair rental fee. We would revisit the home again!

My family loved the foosball and pool tables. There was plenty of space and seating for everyone. And the view of the beach was fantastic for being across the street. The house is dated and there are no fans in the common areas, so the house is unbearably warm in the afternoon sun. Had a couple of maintenance issues, some of which were immediately resolved. Vacasa was very communicative and will answer all your questions/concerns. We will keep this place in mind for our next vacation.

This rental is in need of a serious remodel. The view of the ocean would be amazing with new windows. The overall cleanliness was so-so. Despite all of this, our family still had a good time. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a plus!

The house was great!! Close walking to beach access, great views, plenty of room for everyone. Parking is really tight, kitchen needs more mixing bowls, and the dishwasher is starting to fall apart but those things did not make our vacation any less amazing! Thank you for a great family reunion!!

The Boat house is comfortable, located for easy access to the beach, grocery, and other business. It is easy to get to. The home is well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes as is the linnen and sleeping spaces. The hot tub was great. So too was the deck for ocean viewing. While the home could use some general maintenance, I would choose it again for future stay.

The house has a stunning view of the ocean and we were thrilled to whale watch from the nice outside deck (the windows were stained and made it difficult to see out). We had 13 people (9 adults and 4 teens) in the house and that was definitely the max capacity. The house is older, but had plenty of plates, cups, silverware etc. We ran out of garbage bags (2 provided) dishwasher soap- never had laundry detergent, and were short on bath towels.

There wasn’t enough towels to use since because of the hot tub.. the white towels in the bathroom has stains. The paper product provided wasn’t sufficient.

The house was beautiful, great view and easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of nine. I would definitely stay again.
The only problem we had was the leak from the garbage disposal.

We were staying at the house for a girlfriend’s weekend. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach! Our biggest complaints were the gas fireplace was not working after the first day and after maintenance came twice to try and fix it. The downstairs was an icebox. There were a couple of small space heaters but they were not sufficient for the spaces. Lots of plates, utensils, cups, etc. but no foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen. Large living room and dining room table was great for our group of 11.

The house was very nice and clean it also has a great location across from the ocean. That being said, the parking is a nightmare and if you have anyone that has a hard time with stairs this is not the place.. we had a group of 9, 6 of witch were aged 60-82. They struggled.. also, there was only 3 rolls of tp. For 9 people for a total of 3 nights 4 days..

The furnace in this rental wouldn't turn on, so I called VACASA just after we arrived. No one answered the 800 number that day, despite multiple attempts. The temperature in the house never went above 60 degrees the whole time we were there-the same as the outside temperature in cold, rainy Oregon. The 800 VACASA number was answered on day 2. A representative promised that we would get a call back from the local team and that a service person would come to turn on the furnace. No call - no one came. If the furnace had worked, this house would have been a great choice for our large group. However, one shower had no hot water-a big inconvenience for us. The dishwasher was not level, so the bottom rack rolled out onto the floor. No wonder there are so many chipped and cracked dishes! A week has gone by, and, despite repeated phone calls, I have not talked to a manager other than Melissa G., who told me 2 days ago that she would return my call as soon as she talked to the VACASA local manager. Our group was very uncomfortable because of the furnace problem and disappointed with VACASA's customer service.

This home sports a wonderful view in a great location with a decent layout. The heat, water pressure, lights, fireplace, well stocked cookware/dishes/towels, furniture and beds were comfortable and/or in great working condition. We would give it 5-Stars if not for some really poor management that could have been solved prior to our arrival.
1. The hot tub was removed prior to our arrival with no phone call ahead of time stating it was removed (This is the second reason why we rented this home - thank goodness they couldn't remove the view). Additionally, the guardrail on the deck was missing (removed to facilitate hot tub removal) and only a single metal strap was in place to either hold up the rest of the decking or to act as a safety rail, which didn't work well with our 6 year old. Not to mention 220v exposed wires from the house to the hot tub. No bueno!
2. The November review stated the refrigerator was broken. We called ahead of time to ensure it was fixed, but it was not. After 24hrs we discovered the refrigerator was not working and it spoiled some of our food. The refrigerator down stairs worked, thankfully.
3. The linens need replacing along with mattress covers - think Jackson Pollock painting. Gross!
4. Needs detailed cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, mold removal in the bathrooms).
5. Cell service is horrible in that house... Yes, WiFi worked very well which included great streaming services for the TV's upstairs and downstairs, that was welcomed by all ages ranging from 6 to 83! We had to drive to up the hill or to Safeway to make phone calls. (most of us had AT&T - Verizon seemed to work)
However, the Vacasa "hotline" team was very, very responsive to our frustrated calls. They were very prompt returning phone calls and answering emails (5-Stars to them). They refunded us 1 x night credit for the missing hot tub (would have rather had them move us into a home with a hot tub near the beach, but it is what it is). And last but not least... Len the "on call" maintenance tech is a true professional! He saved our bacon the day of check out. Due to heavy winds, there was a tree that fell in the drive-way and blocked our cars - he was there within 30 minutes of the call and cleared the tree in about 40 minutes... What a great American!
It can be a 5-Star house! Needs a manager and/or the owners to invest some time and money ahead of guest arrival.

The house was near Roads End park and had close beach access. The kids loved all of the toys and bunk room on the Lower Level and the jacuzzi. We had a few minor setbacks upon arrival, our code didn't work and the house, especially kitchen area wasn't as clean as we would've liked. There were 3 toasters/oven but none of them worked. There were lots of coffee filters, but they were the wrong shape. My husband rinsed the windows down so we could enjoy the view since more than half of them were so dirty it was hazy. The jacuzzi was sandy. Overall the house and location itself were great for a family birthday get away.

This house was awesome for our family visit to the beach! Lots of space to spread out and to gather together. The view is spectacular! Kitchen is well stocked for prep cooking and serving meals and beds were very comfortable. We are planning a return!

The house was a great fit, great location. Terrible parking!! The house could have been cleaner. Floors were not clean and one bathroom not clean. Fireplace didn’t work snd TV downstairs didn’t work. It could use some deep cleaning.

My family (5 from Germany, 2 from LA, 2 From AZ) has rented beach houses for family reunions the last 15 years, usually in Southern Cal. This year we tried Lincoln City, and we loved this house more than all the other ones. It was laid out perfectly for our group, was sparkling clean (thanks Dylan!) and had all the bells and whistles, even shampoos and conditioners in the bathrooms. Everything worked! The view was spectacular and the beach was beautiful. Thanks for making this such a memorable reunion!!

And since we were there 4 nights… there needs to be more supplies left… we pay enough money each night, we should not have to go the store to get TP, paper towels or garbage bags. Also… 10 am is a super early check out and when asked for just one extra hour, it was not allowed…
