About this condo rental
Situated in Orange Beach, this attractive condo for $464 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Regency Isle!! We know you have many vacation choices so I would like to tell you about our condominium. We purchased at Regency Isle on Perdido Key because it is such a nice place. A lot of units you see here on VRBO are managed by 3rd party operators. Being totally independent, we can do special things for our guest. We know what you want. Vacation time should be a wonderful get-a-way with no hassles. We are clean people and we like nice things. When you arrive at our condo, you should expect nice clean crisp linens and towels of good quality. Also, we like good soap and toilet paper. Our showers have hand held shower heads. You can expect the nicer things like Flat Screen TV’s, Netflix, DVDs, Keurig, Coffee Pot, and Wine Cooler. We get you started with the basic needs, so you don’t have to stop at the grocery store before you show up. There is on-site beach service available so you don't have to carry chairs up and down to the beach. Regency Isle is one of the newer Condominiums on the beach. We have a great Condo Association and an outstanding staff. Condo maintenance and security is ongoing throughout your stay. We have nearly any amenity you could ask for. We have indoor, outdoor pool, sauna, exercise room, and community room. All parking is under covered garage with only a short walk to your condo. Literally dozens of great restaurants are only minutes away. I enjoy eating at a good restaurant and being back at the Condo in 15 minutes. We will leave you a booklet with the places we like to frequent. I know when Karen and I travel; the intimidation is the uncertainty of not knowing the area. When you arrive here, there will be no confusion. Our unit is on the 5th floor. The balcony is over 300 square feet. We have a bar height table with four chairs and 2 chaise loungers. You will want to spend a lot of time out there because we are “Gulf Front”. There is nothing between you and the beach. And, our beach is not over crowded like some of the larger units. We are close enough to the beach so you can observe your loved ones while you are lounging on the balcony. Our unit is nice and wide with 9 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors. This 2 bedroom 1330 square feet unit is actually as large as many 3 bedroom units you might see on this site. We will list the particulars below. We have a beautiful place and a substantial investment. While this condo may not always be the cheapest, it will be one of the nicest. We want to rent it to responsible people. very nice condo. well stocked with all you need. karen and jay are gracious and available. close to the beach so walking is less burdensome for those who have mobility issues. second time for us staying here and most likely will stay again in the future. definitely recommend.

Nice large condo, great location, well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. Owners were great with communicating specifics for check-in. Will definitely look at renting this unit again, hard to find one with 2 king bedrooms. Thanks!

Overall fantastic. Location and property were great and exactly what we needed. Very clean and well put together. The beach that was part of the condo property was clean and parking was easy and convenient.
In the morning you can see dolphins swimming in the Gulf from the balcony which is also perfect for relaxing and listening to the ocean in the evening.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Regency Isle! This condo was amazing with tasteful and fun decor, comfortable beds and furniture and quality amenities. Instructions for anything we needed before arrival, in the condo itself, in the complex and entire area were perfect! Parking was a breeze and the property was well maintained with nice pools, outdoor grills and lawn area with palm trees. The beautiful beach was a short walk past the lawn and we loved Ike’s chair and umbrella service. Very good location with having restaurants and things to do in either direction as well. We all said it was the easiest and most relaxing vacation we had been on and hope to return again soon!

Can not say enough about this condo! This place was so nice and cozy. Better than the pictures. The owners were very nice to deal with and responded to very quickly. They provide you with the little amenities that we didn't have to worry about buying. So nice and clean. We will certainly be renting again when we can get back to the beach!

Ultimate Relaxation
From the tall ceilings to the spacious balcony and furniture we would have purchased ourselves, this property does not disappoint. Karen and Jay were reachable and responsive when needed. The property was all it was described and we will definately stay again.
