Located in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $429 per night is a great option for your next vacation. **Notice: Regency Isle is updating the exterior of the building. This work is scheduled to be ongoing through Fall 2024. Regency Isle is one of the premier condos in the area. Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units are not considered "equal." We have made a significant financial investment and commitment to provide the best for our guests by completely remodeling our two units (410 and 902) with custom upgrades designed to ensure they are updated with top of the line amenities. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This property is spectacular. The view, the convenience, the decorations, the small touches, the ease to the beach, just everything. The owners were very responsive and I want to congratulate them on all that this condo offers. The smallest of details are considered such as the use of night lights in the bathroom, the fans on the deck, the high seating on the deck, available plug ins for devices, the room darkening curtains in the main bedroom. The list could go on and on. I am definitely staying here again. The best location within the Orange Beach area in which I have stayed. Thank you.

Loved this unit! The owners let us come in early for our stay since the unit was ready. They were great and easily accessible! The unit itself was the most well-stocked that I have seen. The entire unit was spotless, and the furniture was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible! The condominium had everything you could want to make a wonderful vacation with family! Will stay here again!

First off, I rarely write reviews. However, this place is amazing, it exceeded our very high expectations. The property owners were very helpful with information regarding the property and check-in. It was very clean and very well maintained. It was well-stocked and included many extras. The listing pictures/description matched the property perfectly. Amazing views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again.

This is a well appointed condo and a premium location. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. Wonderful main bedroom and bath with a spacious walk in shower. This was our third stay at this property and will not hesitate to book it again.

Great location. Clean and nicely remodeled. Although the high bathroom counters that the contractors are putting in these days is not comfortable for people who are shorter. These high bathroom counters were my only complaint.

From the moment you walk in the condo and see the view of the Gulf…is amazing! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. From the door of the condo to our beach chairs was a 3 minute walk. If you are looking for more of a relaxed get away from the ‘hustle & bustle’ this is your place!

Very nice property and very good location. Absolutely loved the Master bathroom and bedroom! All accommodations were comfortable. The only thing that didn't work very well was the oven, took forever to heat up, but miner problem! All in all I would rent this unit again with out hesitation!!

Another great stay at Regency Isle!
This condo is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. It was incredibly clean and well stocked- plenty of dishwasher pods and garbage bags! The master bed is super comfortable and firm. The master bath with walk in shower is gorgeous. Beds in the 2nd bedroom are also very comfy! Sharon reached out proactively to check on us and make sure all was well. Will definitely be back.

Home Run
I highly recommend this unit for a Gulf shores vacation. Not crowded, walkable to FloriBama, and easy drive to restaurants, grocery store, and other attractions. Parking for 1 vehicle is right off the street and near the elevator and staira. Keyless check in means you don't need to visit a realty office to get a key nor do you need to bring an extra set of keys where ever you go. The unit is on the 4th floor so when you are out on the balcony you still feel close to the beach. I wouldn't recommend anything over the 9th floor. The unit was recently renovated with tile floor throughout and was thoroughly cleaned. It felt like we were at home which made it hard to leave. Thank you for such a great rental.
