The resort is awesome ….our unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious!

It's a nice resort. The pool and hot tubs are nicely maintained. About a 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom. The thing that was not cool was the unit definitely needs attention paid to the nasty smelly carpet and basically all the furniture that has fabric (dining room chairs, sofa, etc). The living room TV did not function properly and the WIFI is spotty and non existent in many areas.
I would stay at the resort again but I will request a cleaner unit.

Cons:The sleeper sofa was broken. The bed wouldn’t pull out. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. All furniture and appliances need updating.
Pros: The condo was clean and quiet. The rooms are a good size. Appliances are in working condition even though they are older. Unless the furniture is replaced I wouldn’t stay in this condo again.

Property was adequate for our needs. We went to hollywood Studios one day and the distance to location was fantastic.
The residence was very nice. We had one issue with one of the beds that the owner resolved sufficiently.
We didn't get to use the pool area, but it was very nice with a white sanded area that had a lot of activities available (bags, ping pong, etc..) The bar was very slow with our food order though.

The resort was fantastic. The pools and the splash area were very clean and the kids enjoy it very much. The unit was clean but does need furniture updates to make it perfect. Couch and mattresses need updating as they are worn out.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The resort was awesome. My significant other and I enjoyed the balcony, great view! My granddaughter loved the splash pad. If ever in Central Florida again would definitely stay here.

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was so quiet and had a beautiful view. It was such a relaxing resort we have decided to make this our yearly summer vacation spot!

We loved Bahama Bay. We enjoyed the heated pools, the sandy (beach) with volleyball and pingpong, the tennis court, the hiking trail, the spa. It was wonderful to be able to sit in the sand without driving all the way to the beach. Loved evening happy hour at the beach. The spa services were relaxing and enjoyable. I had a massage and my daughter got a manicure. My teen daughter would have benefited from some scheduled activities that would have allowed her to meet other kids as she spent much time in the room on the wifi. There were many kids and they could be noisy at times, but we enjoyed it regardless. The tennis courts and basketball hoop are on the same court and must be reserved by the hour at the front desk. Both sports cannot be done at once with the current set up. Loved walking around the little lake and seeing the wildlife. Luckily, there really isn't much reason to leave the resort if you don't have a need to go to the parks. Traffic was slow and congested and luckily we only went out a few times. My husband found convenient golf courses and that was his priority. Really liked the room layout. Our unit could use some updates, but everything was clean. One night we could hear someone walking in the upper unit when we were trying to sleep, but the rest of the week was quiet at night. Balconies are small, but two people can sit and enjoy. Definitely a positive experience overall.

We enjoyed every amenity from the pool to poolside restaurant, the spa was amazing and friendly staff that took excelente care from the grandkids mani and pedi to the most amazing massage, the front desk staff friendliness was superb and the grounds beautifully maintained. Thanks so much 🤩😍🤗🌺

Excellent place for the money! Only complaint I have is smoke alarms kept going off and we had to have maintenance there 3 times. No one’s fault, just a bad smoke detector.

The gated community was great. Had pools, tennis/pickleball court, shuffle board, club house and restaurant. Plenty of parking. Biggest draw back is that some of the condos are on second and third floors...no elevators.
Not much natural light in the condo and poor kitchen layout.

Six adults (64, 63, 33, 31) and two kids (5,2) had plenty of room for everyone. Very short drive to theme parks, shopping, and restaurants. The complex is wonderful with lots of amenities for adults and kids. Would definitely book again.

Nice location with lots of amenities, rooms were adequate, but were very dated, could do with an upgrade. Not the best place l've stayed, but certainly not the worse.

Though some of the fixtures and furnishings are a little dated, we enjoyed our time very much. It was a refreshing break and everything there says "vacation." Thank you so much.

There was a lot to do on the property (swimming, basketball, and shuffleboard!).
Kids enjoyed themselves.

Everyone had more than enough space and privacy. It was clean and friendly. The surrounding area was nice, with plenty to do, from basic shopping to adventure within 5-30m (Cocoa beach is an easy 1hr drive). We were there for hurricane Ian. The facilities were well tended and never lost power.

This was such a great stay! I can’t complain about anything as the couple little minor things didn’t bother me enough to contact the front desk or the host. It was so clean and easy check in beds were comfy. They provided lotion and shampoo and laundry and dish soap! There’s a DVD player in the living room and a rental Kiosk in the lobby. There are like 4 pools and a splash pad on site my kids loved! I do wish we would have gotten to experience the restaurant onsite but at no fault of the host the hours are not as posted on google and it was randomly closed . The only reason I gave 4 stars on the
Accuracy of the listing is because verbo says check out is 11am and the front desk says 10am not a huge deal to us but maybe to some one else. I would stay here again it was perfect home away from home had everything we needed.

Checking in was a breeze and all contact with Bahama Bay staff was friendly and competent.
Our condo was lovely and clean. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous; we’ll absolutely be going back!!

We are a family of 6, mom, dad, teen, 2 toddlers, and a baby. The layout of this condo is PERFECT. The location is PERFECT. The pool just sept away was amazing, my kids liked it so much we never even went to the splash pad. So peaceful and never crowded while we were there. The washer and dryer are an absolutely necessity for us and there was nothing we needed this condo didn’t have. We did have one issue that was immediately resolved by contacting the owner, she was quick to answer and as I said she had it corrected right away. This was a 10-15 min drive from Disney springs as well as each of the Disney parks we went to. 5 min from Walmart for easy grocery pickup. This place is so peaceful honestly We we’re there 6 nights and only saw a handful of other people,

We had a wonderful time on our short trip to Florida. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. The pools were also very clean and well kept. My husband and son enjoyed the fitness room. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. My only suggestion for the condo is to have a few more heavier blankets and also the kitchen could use a little more stocking.. -smaller spoons for kids, salt and pepper shaker and more variety to cook with.

It's was a very easy check in process. The condo was beautiful. Only complaint, not the renters fault, the restaurant has really weird hours. Will stay here again
