This beautiful three bedroom condo in the spectacular Caribbean Island themed resort of Bahama Bay is the perfect family home for your Florida vacation! The unit has been upgraded with new tile, carpets, stove, microwave, mattresses and furniture in the great room and master bedroom. Within minutes of Disney, shopping and dining, this villa is ideally located. Our three bedroom Abacos villa offers a spacious 1,232 square feet of space. It is ideal for the extended family vacationer and features three bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms, with an updated Living Room area. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen sized bed. There are flat screen TV's in all the rooms and a DVD player in all the rooms for your movie enjoyment. The resort offers free DVD rentals in the clubhouse for the duration of your stay! The resort community offers amenities galore including 24-Hour Gated Security, 17,000 sq. ft. recreation center & clubhouse, pool bar & grille, four swimming pools with whirlpools, children's pool & play area, full service spa & salon, fitness facility, mini-movie theater, free Wi-Fi, gift shop, volleyball, basketball, tennis, walking trails, sandy beach, and more!

Bahama Bay is amazing! This unit was awesome and very accommodating. Great location on property. The host of this unit was very welcoming and had the unit well stocked with supplies and necessities. I highly recommend! Very satisfied. Will definitely book this unit again in the future! Thank you!! A+++

Very nice property and unit. We simply used it as a place to crash after disney for a couple days. Only downsides were the traffic in the area (not the fault of the owner obviously) and lack of restaurants or grocery stores nearby. The pool was nice and che kin was easy!

1. Fan/light in Master bedroom fell off ceiling mount and parts fell across the room.
2. Guest room 1 ceiling lights will only strobe off and on every 3 seconds and will not stay on.
3.Bed in master bedroom had a support fail at 2 am while my wife and I were sleeping.
4. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom more than a foot in length.
5. Carpet is worn through in living room and master bedroom in multiple places.
6.Kitchen counter has linoleum missing along edge and is not sanitary.
7. The ceiling light fixture in the kitchen is missing the shield/cover for the 4 florescent tubes. (A electrical code violation)
8. There are multiple light switches that are broken. Flip type that have exposed metal electrical connections where half of the switch face has fallen off.
I have reported all of the issues to the management with the expectation of hearing back from the owner regarding a partial refund. I have pictures of the issues reported and will post if able.

Overall clean and was comfortable. Used the pool and hot tub each night to relax. Was nice to walk around the property and felt like coming home at the end of the day. Everything worked well and used the kitchen to save some money. Kitchen had everything we needed. Best decision was staying here.

The property was in a great location for us (close to US 27). Check in/out was quick. The condo was big enough for my family of 6. Only issues for us was the sofas should be cleaned or replaced and the washer wasn’t working property. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend this property.

We had a great stay at our unit for our family vacation in Orlando. The place had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and the host was very responsive when we had questions. The only down side was the constant traffic to get to/from the theme parks causing our one-way commute to be in the 40 minutes range.

This was the second time we've stayed at this resort & all of our expectations were met. Checking in & out was super smooth & quick. The house was clean. The kids loved playing at the splash pad & late night swimming. Overall, it just felt like home. Thank you for having us & we look forward to going back again. 😊

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was about 30 min (including traffic) from Universal, and only about 20 minutes (with traffic) from Disney. The property has several (heated) pools and an on-site restaurant that we used. You are only minutes from grocery stores and shopping. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks so we could enjoy some down time, too. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Communication with the host was superb.

Overall experience was Excellent. Michael was very professional and quick with responses. Definitely coming back again. Very clean and love the pool, bar, beach, and splashpad. All essentials were available as well to make sure our stay was covered with everything we would need. Great resort!!!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Gelt just like we were home. Everything was so clean and in place. We definitely loved the outside sitting areas. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to our friends and family and definitely stay again!

1st of all I wanna say that the host Michael is very accommodating he helped me with All of my requests anymore and got back to me very fast, Very reliable.
The property itself is beautiful All the amenities listed are correct they have 2 pools 1 by the beach front that was our favorite one and the 2nd 1 was over crowded so we didn't get to go in but we enjoyed the splash pad. my boys, 11 year old, one and half old and 4 month infant enjoyed the water immensely, the restaurant has delicious food I definitely recommend you eating there!
The actual place itself what can I say, there I have no complaints it was very clean everything worked in it and it had room for everyone it was just overall the best experience and I definitely will be staying here again! 10 stars and thumbs up! Thank you again

We’ve stayed at this property for years but this is our first time booking one through VRBO. Property is great. Condo could use an upgraded couch/loveseat (I am sure it’s simply from lots of use, wasn't outdated just well used 😊) but still a great place to stay! Would be honored to stay again in the future! Everything was great with our stay. The only issue we encountered was the tv access. For some reason the Wi-Fi connection was less than desirable. But, that was the only issue we encountered. Great place!

We loved our stay! The resort facilities are fantastic!! They are clean, not over crowed, multiple pools, fishing from the pier, restaurant, walking paths, easy access to parks, security and everything else we wanted!
The condo is stocked with the essentials and worked for our purposes. Somewhat dated but clean and had what we needed.

We stayed the month of January. The ground level condo was easy to unload our car. The main bed was fine, the shower had great water pressure. Bahama Bay has great amenities. The condo could use some updates. The carpet in the living room & main bedroom should be replaced. The oven door needs a new seal, this could be a fire hazard. We stayed a month, so I used the oven often. The refrigerator made a lot of noise, but it worked fine. The last week the air conditioner broke but the part never came in until after we left. Four out of the seven days were 80 degrees.

Our first family trip to the Disney Parks and this was a perfect place to stay for us. Close to the parks, only 15 -25mins depending on traffic. Check-in was easy, Security and the front office were very helpful. Michael was available to answer my questions prior to our visit and the staff was quick to provide assistance when needed. My son loved the splash pad as well!

The resort itself is beautiful. Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with. The condo is spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The proximity to the parks makes for an easy commute. Would we stay here again??? Absolutely!

Clean property. Kitchen had the majority of new appliances. The refrigerator had black markings on it and sparks came from the freezer. Maintenance was called about sparks but they said that was normal. I have not had that experience with my refrigerator. The furniture in living area was worn looking but clean. Overall it was a nice property and I would rent again. The grounds/pools met or exceeded my expectations.
