Nestled in Boyes Hot Springs, this lovely house for $420 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Newly available for rent after a long hiatus! We rented long term during COVID and after a deep cleaning and refresh we are ready for Guests! Beautifully furnished, hilltop home with vineyard and mountain views. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful for morning and evening walks. Two bedrooms each with luxury king bed. Two full baths.( Blow up mattress for up to 2 additional adult guests provided for extra fee.) Fully equipped kitchen. Front and back patios with vineyard and mountain views. Detached office/bonus room. Air conditioning/central heat. Washer/dryer. Outdoor gas grill. All utilities and high speed WiFi included. Off street parking. Please no smoking or pets. 24 hour number. Owners live nearby. Last minute (within 7 days) 2 night new reservations will be considered. Please email us!

Highly recommend this place. Perfect for a couples trip to wine country. The place was spacious and the out door area is amazing. Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, plenty of room to stretch out, clean and very well equipped, right down to a charcuterie tray and tools. Loved the deck. Can't go wrong staying here.

We spent four days at this lovely property while we visited wine country - perfect for two couples. The check in was easy and the information book gave all the necessary information. The house was very clean, with everything laid out appropriately. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pantry basics. The walk to town was a little longer than expected, but instead we spent most evenings on the back deck, with the heater providing enough warmth to take the chill out of the night air. (The extra propane tank provided was a welcome amenity.) The lack of city lights made the sky even more beautiful. Cynthia responded to texts immediately and was extremely responsive. We would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Ideally located between Russian River and the hear of Napa. As we stayed for 4 days we were able to visit the best wineries in both areas. The house is ideal for our two couples and after a day of traveling it was fantastic to sit outside on the wonderful deck complete with heat lamp. Cynthia was very accessible and attentive to our needs.

We couldn't have been more happy with this property! The cleanest, most fully equipped and stocked house we've rented from VRBO. It was a central location to both Sonoma and Napa vineyards. There were front and back outdoor spaces to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Would definitely recommend it for two couples on a wine country vacation!

I would highly recommend this property. It was in a great neighborhood, close to the square and restaurants, grocery stores and wineries. This property was very clean with all the conveniences of home. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The yard was well manicured with plenty of seating areas. I took many pictures of the vineyard across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the gated driveway with a fenced in yard. Cynthia was an easy text or phone call away but we never needed to bother her during our stay. The extra special treat was a well stocked wine cooler which made it great when we first checked in to celebrate with a glass of wine. It was perfect for two couples, we each had our own bath and privacy. We look forward to visiting this property again. Thank you to Cynthia and Ken for sharing their home with us.

Took our adult daughters on a graduation celebration and found the property to be in a very convenient location. Additionally, the property was well stocked with everything we needed. The take one/share one wine chiller was a nice touch.

We just loved our stay! It’s conveniently located, comfortable, updated, well appointed/equipped and the property itself is lovely. The outdoor space is particularly nice & the back deck has a great view, esp at sunset. It’s an excellent value and we’d definitely stay there the next time we visit Sonoma/Napa:)

We come to wine country every year and have stayed in many places in Sonoma. This was the first time for Cynthia's property and we were very impressed. The kitchen was very well appointed and the living space was open and inviting. We really appreciated all the little extras in a kitchen that you take for granted (cooking oil, spices, etc.). We made a lot of use of the back deck where we could watch the sunset and relax after a long day in wine country. The property is ideally located for wherever you want to go if wine is your priority (and ours certainly is). Whether your destination is Napa, Sonoma, or Russian River, this is a great place to set up shop for your stay. Cynthia was a great host and was very quick to respond to all our requests. We will definitely be returning.
