About this cottage rental
This two bedroom, one bath, unit is part of a duplex cottage just across the street from Craigville Beach. This unit is on the "Grassy Knoll" (please see our other listing #760276 for the "wooden deck" side) and opens up to a small grassy knoll with picnic table and water views. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full). The beds were all replaced in 2022. There is a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, flat screen tv with cable tv/internet, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, and central air conditioning. We have everything you need including beach chairs and toys so that you can relax and enjoy your Cape vacation. If interested, you can rent both units (each unit has it's own front and side entrances however the two units are able to connect to become one large cottage with double amenities) and have the entire house! SHEETS, TOWELS AND PILLOW CASES ARE NOT PROVIDED. NO PETS/NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR ON PREMISES. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY PLEASE.
The house itself is in a great neighborhood across the street from Craigville Beach, with beachside snack bars just down the road. The water is warm and perfect for swimming. Spend the day at the beach or exploring the area including Hyannis and Osterville, which are only minutes away.

Loved the location on Craigville Beach and how accessible the property is to Hyannis and nearby towns for Cape League Baseball, a jaunt to Martha's Vineyard, and even a trip out to P-Town. All in all I'm very likely to consider this property again! No complaints!

The location of this property was literally steps to the beach and perfect for that aspect of things. Also an easy drive to a grocery store and other shops if you need to pick things up.
If you are looking to stay inside during the day, there is no AC so it can get hot quickly even with the breeze. The kitchen is not great but the grill made up for that (for us). I don't know that you would want more than 2 adults there at a time unless it was really just being used as home base.
The location made this place worth it for us. If you're looking for something fancier, this place isn't for you but if you're looking for the perfect location and a clean house with grill - book this place now.
